Spring Training Trip

Took a trip to Arizona for Spring Training Presidents Day weekend. Our first time staying here at this hotel and we were very impressed. Frank at check in was very friendly and helpful. Staff at front desk was always greeting us and being friendly regardless of time of day. Our room was spacious and clean. Bed very comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again the next time we come to Arizona for Dodgers spring training

We checked into our room fairly late. The room next to ours was playing their music so loud you could hear it down the hallway and definitely in our room. I went to the front desk and asked for a different room or for the front desk to pls ask them to turn down their music. They said they could not give us a different room, but would ask them to turn the music down. Shortly after, all was quiet. I appreciated their effort. Room was extremely clean and bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

Nice place not far from the football stadium

Hotel appears to be brand new. Room was clean and just what we needed. We arrived a couple hours early because we drove down for a football game so we thought we see if we were able to check in early so we could get ready. The front desk staff was very friend and we were able to check in, which was greatly appreciated. We would stay here again. Beds were comfy and we didnt hear any hallway noise throughout the night.

I have stayed at this property before, and it was great for the price. However, this time was not good. I rated the cleanliness poor because when I walked into my room, I immediately noticed small crumps on the table and a black hair spray cap on the counter. I thought that was odd. So, I pull back the sheets and noticed urine stains all over the sheets (I took pictures) and some black dog hairs! I was ready to go to another hotel, but it was late and other hotels close by were full. So, I politely told the front desk gentleman, who was nice, and he gave me a different room which was fine. However, I am very concerned about the quality control at this hotel. How could this room be in that condition when the bed was made, and the card was left by the cleaning person saying the room was clean and ready and please leave a tip. I don't think so! Management may want to check into this. If my wife had of been with me, she would have been horrified and she would have made me find another hotel. Would I stay there again? Probably because it was convenient, and the second room was okay.
