Great pool - just what we needed.
Worse Front desk experience ever. Annette the the front desk clerk was rude and hostile to a paying guest. She insulted me by asking if I knew how the room keys worked after I had to go back to the FD twice to have it reactivated. When I did check out Annette told me I was done. I asked about my 100.00 cash deposit. before I could finish my sentence she gruffly advised it would be credited to my card in 1-3 days. I advised her it was a CASH DEPOSIT. She got angry she was wrong and treated me vert rudely. Management, Please discuss Customer service with Annette. I dont think she gets it....

Friendly staff, clean rooms, safe area. During my visit the Mormon Holiday Lights were an added bonus just down the street.

I didn't care for the extension of the back parking lot which didn't seem safe because it was so far from the entrance to the hotel and the vacant lot was open for anyone to come to the property. I did like the overall cleanliness of the property and the hotel.
Great hotel-traveling for work
The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the staff were very accessible, and overall our stay was nice. My only complaint would be the noise level: no one was overly loud, but the walls and ceilings were very thin so you could hear your neighbors at all hours (this was solved by earplugs for sleeping). Other than that, very good!

Convenient location for the purpose of our visit. The lighting in the bathroom could be improved. I found it to be too dim for applying makeup.
When you think down town/central Mesa you don’t think the best of area. But I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with this Hotel. The hotel was nice inside and seemed well maintained outside. The room was perfect. It’s not a huge room but the Tv was big, it had a mini fridge and the AC blew cold air. For the price you couldn’t go wrong. I’ve paid more to stay at hotels with less in room amenities and in worse conditions. The room was nice and well taken care of. I didn’t see any missing paint, chips, stains, cheap repair work or old touch up. The only issues I really had were with the towels and the AC unit. The towels were very rough and the AC had a weird duct on it that pushed the air out which was kind of weird and ugly. Other than that a cool hotel and I’d recommend it to anyone!!
