No one was cleaned in the room for five days. Recepsen works more or less normally. Parking is large and safe. Air conditioning worked fine

There was roaches in the room I will never stay there again I was told I was gonna get some part of a refund but never got it I changed rooms but still I was nice about it called and ask for the manager it got the assistant and she said she will get back to me about the partial refund but never got back to me

So we asked for pillows took 4 hours to get them. The bathroom was filthy and the tub had mold and the nightstand drawers had some lady of the nights nails in them with the glue still hanging off of them. And the bed was disgusting... It had blood stains on it and the ac was from 1989 and was louder than a mustang without a Cadillic converter on it. Twas bad peeps, the staff was friendly tho, just the place itself sucked

We never even stayed! Thought we canceled the stay. This motel is NOTHING as they portray on the site! Rooms were absolutely DISGUSTING, bed poorly made stains on the bedding. Bathroom was horrendous, unclean, water running, walls were covered in filth and the front desk is behind plexi-glass and shouldve been our first sign. Also the pool was completely filled in!

We booked for a kitchen suite, but not syocked, and not available when requested both at check in and next morning. Flours were very dirty and our tv outlet did not work, and the shower was cold. We did call front desk for tv and shower but no maintenance crew to fix. Terrible
