Despite my lower rating I really enjoyed my stay. The area is a little rough and there are quite a few homeless folks out and about. No one was mean or anything. Walkable to a Dennys that has great staff. I would absolutely stay here again, but may not be for everyone.

The staff is Super nice and helpful. They go above and beyond. But room did need a little extra cleaning. Be aware, motel has NO amenities except soap. No shampoo or blow drier. Kitchen set up on request.

It wasn't a bad stay. I do recommend either putting dishes in the rooms or renting them out. Also there was only soap. Maybe some shampoo, conditioner and lotion will be epic. It was very quiet and off the beaten path which was nice.

Security was only there on the weekends. On my last night there some artempted ro break into my room first thru the door then thru the window had to call the police and come to find out they robbed the room above me earlier that night it was unfortunate security wasnt there since this happened on a weekday

Our room smelled of chemicals and there was rust all over the showers, one of the beds had a brownish stain on the comforter and some of the outlets didn’t work..

I was worried because i read the reviews but there were no bugs in my room other than a moth that i probably let in after work. Quiet place, location is pretty good. Staff is nice. I even extended my stay more nights and would stay here again.

This was supposedly an extended Stay hotel. There was a fridge, microwave and stove top. The property had no ice machine. And the unit had NO dishes or glasses. Bed was very uncomfortable and the air conditioner didn’t work properly. I would never stay again.

Find another hotel
I wanted a hotel close to the Phoenix airport and based on other reviews, I thought this would be perfect. We only needed to spend the night and leave very early. Yes, it is close to the airport. However, our non-smoking room smelled smoky and cause me to have difficulty breathing. When I reported this to the front desk, the agent asked if I wanted to check out, because they were full and could do nothing else. The sheets had dried stains (and should be donated to an animal shelter). The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean (floor needed to be swept or vacuumed). Clumps of hair were stuck to the towels. AND, it was *extremely* noisy. Who knew the LMMC (Loud Music Motorcycle Club) would drive through the parking lot until 2 a.m. ? Kids cried, people yelled; we heard it all. We finally slept on the plane.
