The room was dirty. The bathtub was too dirty to even step into. The mattress was not comfortable at all. All you felt were the springs. I definitely will not be staying there again.

Lady at check in was friendly. Supposedly this is a no smoking hotel, but my room STINKS like cigarette smoke. Shower tiles are in disrepair and as a whole, the entire place is just nasty. Makes me think the many positive reviews are fake.

The hotel was extremely unclean. We found multiple baby cockroaches in the bathroom, and the floors were dirty and covered with hair, as if they had not been cleaned at all. After reporting the issue, we were moved to another room, but the same problem occurred again. The hotel clearly has a cockroach infestation. This was a terrible and unacceptable experience.

The kitchen needs a good cleaning and possible remodel. There was a bad smell opening some of the cabinets. Luckily we weren't planning on cooking. The refrigerator and microwave were great. The stools need repair or replacement. Light switches and bathroom could be a little cleaner. It would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

Our stay was pretty good. Great location to get to many restaurants and interstate access. The staff was really nice. Helped with anything we needed. It was probably just the climate, but we did see multiple bugs in our room. The staff apologized and even asked if we would like to take our stuff with us that day and they would spray for them. Just so you know, clean towels were only available with exchanging the used towels. Other than that, it was a great stay!
