It was a nice stay. My husband tired the breakfast and he enjoyed it. Walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Idk if will be in AZ anytime soon, but we would stay again. All in all a decent hotel and lots of parking........

walked into our room and found a pair of someone's old socks on the floor so I question how clean the room actually was. Air conditioner was loud that it was hard to sleep when it went off at night. They advertise free parking and wifi but charged us a daily 15.00 resort fee. When I called them to ask what that was for they said for parking and free internet. So there was nothing free....false advertising. Ordered room service one night and food was aweful. Chicken didn't taste like chicken and fries were cold. when they came to clean the room one day they didn't pick up the dirty towels that were on the floor in a pile. Only thing this hotel had going for it was the location and was definitely not worth the money.

Stayed for a week. Easy to get to. In the middle of downtown Chandler. Restaurants and bars just out the hotel lobby. Played their golf course. It was nice for a warmup course-- compared to the other pricey courses.

We were extremely pleased with our accommodations from the start. The front desk staff were pleasant and knowledgeable, and had our room ready quickly upon arrival. Our room was clean and cool, and smelled fresh. Resort staff were helpful, showing how to get to the pool and had great suggestions on where to eat in town. We reserved the room for two nights, and no one knocked at the door to bother us. The pool was a little warm, but still refreshing. We never ran out of towels at the pool, and were even asked by the pool attendant if we needed anything. It was a relaxing stay. We will highly recommend this resort to friends and family. Thank you! We will return here on our next stop in Chandler.

We love staying here be of the location. But this last time wasn't as pleasurable as it normally is. I found lizards in the room.

We spent a 5 Days at the Crowne Point and had a fantastic time. The service was great and the entire hotel staff was spot on. Will absolutely stay there again on our next trip to the area.

Quiet and comfortable. Various dining within walking distance.

nice pool, convenient location, clean, average rooms

Overall this hotel is nice and clean. Since a lot of people use the pool, it looks dirty a lot of the time. At the time we were staying, there was a dog around the complex. When I asked the Lobby to take care of him, they only said " we already reported and he has to stay outside". Since the allow dogs in the property, they should have a pet department. So they can recruit all lost pets and charge to customer for the care provide to animals. Another thing they forgot to place an iron in my room. Keys of the room doesn't open easily. I need to call several time to get a different key.

San Marcos has an interesting history of being a destination resort for glamourous folks. It continues to live up that reputation! Staff friendly & helpful. Amenities exceeded expectations!

Stayed 3 nights, and it was pretty pricey, but this time of yr in Phoenix with cactus league baseball going as well, prices are all higher than normal. The room was very nice, large, and extremely comfortable and clean. The pool and grounds need some work, it appears the rooms were updated, but the rest has not been. The service for food/drink around the pool was extremely poor, and took forever to get anything. The towel rack and water cooler were consistently empty, trash was left laying around for hours after guests left, and maybe its me, but I found it really strange that there was no bathroom anywhere near the pool area (had to go back to my room or we had to go thru the lobby in bathing suits to use the bathroom). To call this a resort and charge over $240/night is a big stretch considering other places I have stayed in Phoenix area were much nicer (chose to stay here based on other reviews, but was disappointed). I doubt highly that I would stay here again unless they fix the issues. I will say the housekeeping staff were very friendly but the front desk and wait staff in restaurant need some work on their customer service skills

Staff incredibly friendly and personable. Casual resort - with historical charm. Beautiful pool area. Not a cookie-cutter hotel.

It was a very nice experience. I would like to someday return.

Six days on the road and looking for a sure bet, this was it. Nothing to complain about and a good rate.

I was disappointed with the San Marco because they are renovating and we weren't made aware when we booked. lots of noise, construction workers everywhere and the pool was drained. All this and they still wanted to charge us $8.00 per day for a resort fee?

I was going to rate it a 3 out of 5, but once I rated each item individually, it seems right to give it a 4. The room was clean. The balcony was private and comfortable (if small). The staff was very friendly and eager to help. I couldn't have asked for better service. A few issues: the TV volume was off and had to call engineering to get it turned on. The coffee maker did not have a basket for placing the coffee in. When I called the front desk, she couldn't understand that. Also the drain was in the bathtub. I'm physically unable to remove it, so had to call for help again. That made 3 calls in the first 12 hours. I ordered room service. It was served quickly and was hot. Not terribly expensive. The pool was great. The hot tub was large and not very comfortable. Wasn't very hot, but then again, it was 108 during the day. I used it and enjoyed it nonetheless.

A little expensive for the out of date decor.great location though.

Excellent service and great location.. Right in tbe heart of a lot to do.

Great location downtown Chandler, restaurants, brewery, shops all a stone throw away. Staff was great, nice pool/Jacuzzi and just a perfect place for our needs. Next time hope to have time to golf at the golf course. Will be on my top 2 list for sure when returning about every 6 weeks!!!!

Downtown Chandler is a happening place, short distance to nightlife great food and boutiques
