Having the kitchen was nice. Have to ask for everything and when they give you they dishes you only get 1 thing of soap that barely washes all the dishes and it’s kinda of an inconvenience to have to keep going up front for more items. Also had to ask for a hair dryer. The fitted sheets barely fit on the bed and kept coming off at night

It was a good experience. You just need to be aware that It's not like a full service hotel and a lot of the amenities have to be requested or brought with you. We were able to cook some meals and save some money , which was great.

The one huge bad part. The ice machine. There is only ONE in the entire building and it was always EMPTY. And this is Arizona . We asked at the from desk and they causally said " Sports teams use it to fill up their coolers" That's wrong ! There should be a sign that says DON'T USE THIS ICE TO FILL COOLERS" Across the street is a convenience store with a huge ice machine selling bags just for that purpose since this is Arizona. And their ice is inexpensive. We had to go there and buy ice for our stay at your hotel. That's WRONG !!
