Facility is inviting and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are quiet and clean also .

Very nice options for pools, lots of room for kiddos to splash and giant hot tub. Villas were roomy, clean, private and comfortable. Well insulated walls it appeared. Plentiful parking very closexcited to room.

We had a wonderful experience, and would absolutely stay here again. We were looking for a warm-weather getaway at a place where we could mostly hang out and enjoy the facilities, but that was also close to hiking trails. It was fantastic. The room had a private patio, which was great for our toddler. The only drawback to the facility is the food available on-site. It just seems out of step with the times to not have healthy options on the regular menu. We tried the "farmer's salad and it was little more than a hyped-up side salad. There were no vegetarian or vegan options, and only a few gluten-free items. Hotels often say they can figure something out for you, but a real dedication to offering healthy meals means putting those dishes on the menu as regular items. It just seems out of step with the times to no offer. As it was, we ate every other meal off property. Fortunately, the surrounding area has many options to choose from.

Very nice place to stay. Clean rooms, well maintained property, friendly staff. Great restaurant's located on site.

The hotel staff are so helpful. The proerty is fabulous and the spa is a must.

This is a perfect location if you are looking for shopping, restaurants, downtown area, sightseeing! Everything was within minutes!

Short stay for business nearby. Huge gorgeous rooms. Immaculate grounds (massive grounds). Wish I could have stayed in town longer, so I would have had an opportunity to use the pool and other facilities!

My suite was clean and comfortable. No complaints.

Room was very dark hated being on the back side of the motel past all the service stuff

We stayed at this hotel to meet up with friends for dinner. We had a beautiful villa that was private and quite. We had a great afternoon relaxing at the beautiful pool.

The staff was very friendly before we even stayed at the hotel they showed us around so we had a full layout of how the room is going to be set up and was able to see the grounds before hand

Well we went to their remington resturant and was charged twice for dinner(130x2) and was never told about a 25$ resort fee and when i spoke with front desk staff and the manager i was treated like garbage because i have tattoos that means i dont have class or money? Will never stay here again and may stand out in front of this place with a warning sign to future guest

Excellent experience, good restaurants, beautiful site. The only downside was the air con was frigid. Thermostat did not work. And the embarrassing moment when a rude over zealous security guard tried to force open the room door without knocking. Not sure what he was thinking. No apologies given.

I had a lovely stay, beautiful room, and wonderful amenities, however after I left I found that the card I had on file had been charged 110$ for absolutely no reason, i was able to get the money back through my card company but this was an incredible inconvenience

The front desk wasn't very friendly and originally put us in the wrong room. They corrected the error, and I was happy with our new room. The grounds were well-maintained. I was overall happy with my stay at the resort.

Quiet villa. Very nice. Tennis courts in decent shape. Nice enough pool decent work out facility.

I think I was checked in by the second coming of the devil. He was extremely rude and condescending. We almost decided not to stay there but it was so late and we were so tired from sight seeing all day. He conned me into an upgrade by telling me my original booked room was checked in because "you got here so late dude." The nerve. But, taking a look at the parking lot, there's no way they were at capacity. So frustrated with the whole check in experience. There is a silver lining. Plaza grounds and public areas are beautiful, including 24/7 pool and hot tub. But the rooms are severely out dated and smell like your grandparents house. Bathroom sink in living area for the villas. Villas have small private patio area, which is a nice perk within steps of the pool. I'd stay here again for the value but the pictures are deceiving.

We don't take many vacations so we wanted a decent place with a secluded pool - we have quite a few children and every once in a while we just need a little get a way. I got the room reserved, paid for it and then read some negative reviews and I was very nervous. But it was all paid for and like many others, too late to change. Wow am I glad we didn't. It was so nice. Every staff member I ran into was really nice and friendly, down to the housekeeper that cleaned our room. Just a wonderful trip and we want to go back here every year. Thank you! We would love to bring our kids down here next year although we did not see many families - mostly couples in our age ranges and a few professional (farm team) baseball players from the Colorado Rockies. We did visit a few of them and they were very friendly - one night we sat by the fire down by the hot tubs and one of them told us his story of playing baseball. Super cool!

We had a 730 am flight in and Ariel at the front desk had us in our room by 9:30 AM. We were laying by the pool -1 of 5, by 11 AM. Poolside service was excellent! We were told the hotel fee was waived as soon as we arrived. Our room was beautiful! Beautiful tennis courts and a putting green on the property. Upon checking out, we were told that because we had spent $50 poolside, we were given a $20 discount! Highly recommend with no reservations, and we will be back! Oh and don't forget to enjoy old town Scottsdale!
