Great staycation. Tons of activities for the kids! Only improvement good be room service food ;)

Great stay! Esp liked pools, outdoor bar, spa, flowers on the grounds.

Plumbing issues in the room. Expensive hotel (not justified).

Had a great time exploring the beautiful grounds and checking out the many pools. Staff was excellent. Only negative is the food and drink prices were high even for this caliber of resort. Food quality was very good

Very clean and wonderful staff. Perfect location.

I was disappointed. Reserved a King room, received two doubles. My fiancé and I are not small people, so we ended up sleeping in separate beds. The room smelled funny when we checked in. There were weird marks on the ceiling, the vent was filthy and a tear in the carpet. The grounds are nice, amenities nice, but the rooms need some work. In addition, they were supposed to bring us the newspaper in the morning, that didn't happen. Just disappointed.

Besides the elevator being broken we had a fabulous time. Room was very spacious and staff customer service was out of this world!

Excellent family experience. Small issue with the room when we arrived, but the manager took immediate and more than sufficient care of us in consideration. 4th of July is a must for a great time with the family!

The make feel like don't deserved to be there, they double charge they offer me a credit for food and went I order food they sent to me like let overs from somebody food, I was a miserable feeling that I no want to repeat again specially went you have your own money to spend. I'm not looking for free stuff if I going some were I have the money to pay, they make feel like they make charity of me and my kids. Normally my kids want to stay more time on this case next day my 6 years just asking to back home, on the evening was raining and all the roaches coming out it was like I stay in a one star hotel.

Fantastic stay, actually felt like a vacation, will definitely go back

Hotel resort covers a large area, which means you may have to walk a bit (e.g., 300-500 meters) to go from your room to the reception desk/main entrance or to the conference rooms and restaurants. Nice 'campus', though, on the other hand.

The Fairmont Princess in Scottsdale deserves its five-star rating. Our room was a junior suite with living area, huge bathroom and small patio overlooking golf course. Grounds are spectacularly beautiful. Staff was extremely friendly, professional and courteous.

my girlfriend and I thought the place was really nice and enjoyed all the amenities and the size of the room. Only negative (as anticipated) was all of the tacked on fees. Beware that the valet charges 20 dollars a day, even though you already get charged 29 dollars a day to self park as an example

hotel is good fun fun fun room was extra clean i will tell friend go once in life this hotel

We stayed at the Fairmont for a long weekend. The room was just okay. Beds very small. Ordered room service for breakfast that was late, incorrect and subpar. Was shocked that it cost $45 for hotel guests to exercise in the main workout room. Instead, guests were sent to a small rinky dink room that has VERY old equipment. I was worried that the bike that I was riding was going to fall apart! Would definitely not describe this as a luxury hotel.

This hotel was all that you expect in a hotel, but not a resort. It was clean, fancy and proper, but boring!!! No live music, no activities nada. It did have 2 pools, but if you were not in the pool there wasn't a whole lot to do. The restaurants and bars do not open until 530pm. Location wasn't really convenient for much either. At least a 20 minute drive or a 40 dollar cab ride away from a good night life or local shopping. Visit old town Scottdale, that was nice and take the CANYON CREEK horseback riding tour! Very much worth the money, Joey the cowgirl will guarantee you will have a blast. Oh and by the way the concierge messed up my plans and didn't notify me until the next day, when I question why my vouchers were not sent up to my room. Overall if your going to spend that kind of money, spend it else where!

Great place to stay! Beautiful hotel and resort to spend time.

Very good, pleasantly surprised very clean very good staff..

Would not recommend for quiet night or weekend getaway. They don't mention that the room will vibrate until midnight from the outdoor bar/lounge music

Did not take advantage of all the place had to offer but it has to be one of the nicest places in Scottsdale. Proximity to TPC, the pool and th Casitas rooms were fantastic. Very helpful staff and beautiful grounds. If you don't mind the rate the place is great.
