Beautiful grounds snd service but very pricey salon services that were not all worth it.

This property is first class on the way. Loved our stay there and we will be back.

The spa was very nice, as was the lobby when you walk in. The room was not in the best condition - shower didn’t drain properly, overall felt dated. Also, they charged for water in the room. The bar service at the pool was terrible. We ordered drinks and had to wait over 45 min and then just walked up to the bar and got them ourselves. I was also disappointed that there was a $15/day fee for self park. The restaurants Bourbon and Haciendas were very good however.

The resort was excellent and the staff was wonderful. Unfortunately we had terrible weather in February that overshadowed what would have been a wonderful trip.

I liked all of the restaurants and bars on the property. The rooms are becoming a little dated.

Great hotel with friendly staff. You dont even need to leave the property once you arrive, everything you need is on-site

I stay in top resorts including the Broadmoor and never regretted wasting my money as much as I did with the Fairmont. Lobby seats are so dirty and worn out. Not many staff to open doors and help you navigate. I booked a suite and was so disappointed seeing hairs on my pillow before even laying down. Fireplace was dirty. Carpet was dirty and leftover coke bottle of precious guests were not removed. This resort needs to learn from The Broadmoor.

Great hotel Great hotel. Great fun. Aloha Or as we say party on dudes

Terrible experience with ALL staff members. Be prepared to spend a lot of money. $6 for a bottle of water.

It was my daughters 14th bday they upgraded to a deluxe room plus had a late check out complementary. omg very nice had a card an chocolate waiting in room for her . The staff was amazing , very helpful, wished my daughter happy bday many times, The whole hotel was beautiful an clean.. went to glow party with dj music an my kids had the best time ever .. Thank you so much Fairmount for maken this the best bday a 14 year could have ..

Great hotel, room was clean and bed was super comfortable. One minus - mice on the balcony. Otherwise would stay again!

Absolutely wonderful. Pools are beautiful. Spa was great

OUTSTANDING STAFF!-Hanna J. Heather, Kelly, Amber, Melissa, Rose, Annette, Cai(?), and one other initial I couldn’t read. Mahalo nui loa for your kind thoughts and support! Warmest Aloha, Robert “Lopaka “ Sarnoff

Hotel and grounds are beautiful. The Christmas experience should not be missed..it is fun for all ages. We found the staff to be very accommodating and personable and would highly recommend the Princess as a great place to stay especially at the holidays.

This hotel has both charm and modern amenities! The staff went above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. The room and bathroom were both large and comfortable. The only thing we needed was a few more drawers for 2 people staying in the room and a fridge that was not full of items for purchase. I would definitely stay here again!

Great room. Staff VERY friendly and fun. Loved the room.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and have never been disappointed. They have the most quiet housekeeping staff. You can sleep very well in the morning and you don't hear anything. The grounds are gorgeous, we just love taking our walk in the morning and admiring all the pretty plants.
