I did NOT know this was a time-share 'hotel'. The first day of the stay they called in the morning to try and sell me on their membership. On the fourth day they called as well. Now I am getting telemarketing calls from resorts for time share properties. This place takes your information and sells it to others. DO NOT STAY HERE! DO NOT SHARE ANY INFO WITH THEM!

For the cost, this place needs to consider some th
We got booked in this location eventhough we reserved at the other location, which placed us farther from our event destination and cost us more in transportaiton costs. The campus is set up like apartments so no elevators to assist in baggage up the stairs. Also the least they could do for a $400/night room is provide complimentary breakfast. We've stayed at normal hotels and resorts for less money and had a lot more perks/amenities. I would not recommend staying here. The room was nice but overkill for one night being it was basically a studio apartment.

TOP TIER PRICE FOR THIRD RATE FACILITY
A very dated property in need of a significant refreshening. 3 stories with no elevator access with limited parking. Had to search to find a spot and it was not convenient to the suite. MOST ANNOYING - they claim to be eco-friendly yet you had to run the hot water taps in the bathroom sink and shower for 15 minutes just to get lukewarm water. What a waste of precious resources. Even when hot water did finally surface it was warm at best. Complaints to the management yielded the usual “we are sorry and are in the process of a multi-year renovation. Their solution - they offered a one night discount of the resort fee of $30. We would recommend you look elsewhere. Top tier price for inferior quality.
