Book this hotel last minute, in a rush I read they had a 24 hour front desk. Upon booking hotel I read fine print said check in ended at 12 am.

Besides the fact it is located in northern scottsdale and there is not much out there, the resort is great. Multiple spas and the rooms are great.

Nice pool. And friendly staff. Comfortable pool chairs.

This resort - timeshare was a great facility, great value, overall one of the best experiences in hotel stays i have had, and i am a traveler, 10 days a month on business. Top drawer! Yours, P. Hegge

Above average to very good! Above average to very good!

I was very disappointed that the restaurant was closed due to renovations there was no place to sit with a drink and relax and listen to music

The room desperately needs updated. The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible.. The carpet needs replaced.

The villa is nice, clean with kitchen, patio, jacuzzi, big TV and fireplace. It services many activities .And the location is good.It is a good value. But there is a guy recommending you time share, just ignore him.And the pool and water of jacuzzi in the villa is too cool to use.

It was a nice stay! I have been here several times over the past six yrs! However, this is the first time I have complaints! The pool bottom had lots of small particles at the bottom especially around the edges! Felt like pool had not been vacuumed in quite awhile. They were sharp pieces.. My son cut his toe in the pool on one of them. The hot tub wasn't really all that hot???? Not sure what happened here but it could have definitely been hotter....

The wifi could be easier to use and the café by the pool could be opened longer as well. Our first impression is Great for an older resort. Well maintained Great amennities. I have never been a owner of diamond resorts and never will be it is too expensive. I prefer to rent for a week or two without being tied down. Thank you villa mirage!

The Villas went above and beyond what we had expected!! We had a one bedroom suit. I was on the pull out couch with my parents in the bedroom. To my surprise the pull out was very comfortable. Not your run of the mill spring mattress but a memory foam one. It was nice to have a full kitchen to make meals in and have the use of a full size fridge. There are many activities to keep you busy at this resort. We spent a whole day between the pool, bean bags, and shuffle board. The resort is kept very clean and nice. I would definitely go back to this resort if I find myself needing a hotel in the Scottsdale area. The only down fall was the pushiness of the time shares this place offers. I was able to get out of meeting with them by stating I was in a hurry to get to my room due to the wedding activities I needed to get ready for. Over all this place was great and I would recomment it to someone looking for a bigger room with a kitchen when in the Scottsdale area.

Friendly Staff, Large Spacious Rooms at an affordable price

Wasn't good nor bad. Just average. Outside our door smelled like litter box. The room was fine but nothing special. Was there 4 night but got no room cleaning or new towels. For money I wouldn't stay again.

The hotel was close to what we needed, had a friendly staff and clean rooms.

The room was clean. However, it was a three story walkup and the air conditioning was very much a feast or famine kind of thing - we were either cold because it was blowing hard or it would cut off and it would get slightly uncomfortable before it turned back on. Note that there is no daily maid service. I was also annoyed by the concierge's repeated attempts to get us to attend a sales pitch for timeshares. I wouldn't stay there again.

I don't think I have ever been treated better. The staff went out of there way to make me happy. The location was great for me to get just about anywhere. Everything I needed was close by. Lots of fun activity's. I would recommend this place to everyone.

nice location with great staff!! not too far from shopping and dining.

staff were cool and pleasant especially the concierge and the cleaning staff. We got a good deal online for long term stay of 10 days. They didnt want to allow a late check out time, and the resort fee seems a little excessive, but having the kitchen area is great when staying a long time. price was comparable to regular hotel. My wife was there for major surgery and then some recovery time at the hotel. Location is ideal for this purpose, we have used this resort in the past. The pool, hot tubs, workout room restaurant are all excellent.

Neat and clean place. But staff needs to be more customer friendly.

Stayed here for 6 nights in Feb 2014. The location was just what I was looking for as it is close to West World, Loop 101and easy to get to downtown Scottsdale. Didn't use any resort amenities other than WiFi. The $15/day resort fee seems like a money grab and not worth it. The room was spotlessly clean, well maintained and complete with the kitchen comforts of home. The bed was okay, but the pillows were awful! I found that I did not wake feeling rested each morning - not what you want from a vacation. This is a timeshare property that I rented for a week. I no sooner checked in and the staff were hounding me to attend a presentation or to buy a 3 night come back free promotion. I'm not completely adverse to checking out what deals could be had, but the staff should wait a day or two before pitching it. I literally had walked into my room and they were on the phone asking if I wanted to buy in, etc. Didn't even know if I liked the facility or not. Overall, not sure if I'd stay there again. Love the location and cleanliness, but can't have a vacation where I don't get good sleep and feel rested.
