I was not informed about the construction and traffic situation at the place as it concerned parking. I wasn’t told that valet is the only option. Valet crew was very dismissive and condescending. Staff at the coffee shop were very rude. The front of the building was in disarray. My room had a horrible view. Just overall not treated well.

Wonderful! The only thing I’ll say is you can find public parking for $16 a day instead of paying the $50 valet parking! That’s straight up theft when you can just walk across the street. Other than that, perfect
