The hotel is in a great location and the room is very nice. However, we did not receive the free breakfast as promised. We received vouchers that were very difficult to redeem. For example, we ordered two mocktails at the roof top bar and were told that they were only redeemable for a mock margarita. The mock tails were $12 each. The next day we went to the rooftop and asked about the mock tails again, this time we were told that we could order them. However, the bartender was not available for serving. As far as the breakfast goes, we received vouchers for $16 off each day however we could not redeem the vouchers for room service or at the terra Tempe restaurant. Also, the only breakfast option that they have on Saturday is a brunch that is $45 each. The hotel is beautiful and the location is ideal. However, the service and the promised amenities were nonexistent. I cannot say that I would return.
