Nice breakfast selection with wide hours meaning you can fit it in around your morning schedule. Coffee and tea are always available in the lobby which is nice. Good size room with separate sitting/kitchen space. Noisy plumbing, but not enough to stop us from getting a good night's sleep.

Checked in at 1 AM and was immediately reimbursed for the $20 cab fee as the shuttle does not run all night. Front desk lady was very nice and accommodating. Will stay here again!

Family of five gets put in a room with a broken A/C unit. It gets so hot, we had to go change rooms at midnight, no assistance provided. New room has a broken TV. Perhaps it was bad luck, perhaps there is an underlying problem at this hotel. You can decide, but this party of five won’t be back.

Free airport parking and the pool is open early and late. Nice.

This room and hotel wasn’t up to typical standards. The linens were clean and crisp, the tub and surround was new and clean but the rest of room and public areas was old. The carpeting looked like it was from the 1980’s. Esp the carpeting in the elevators. The staff (front desk and airport shuttle) was super nice and friendly which made for a very pleasant 1night stay prior to an early flight.

Quick and easy from the airport. Breakfast was good

Only problem noisy A/C. Great breakfast. Airport extended parking and shuttle.

The only complaint I have is the front desk staff is not friendly and seems not to have any courtesy and customer service skills.

The room was nice and the sofa bed was an added bonus. The breakfast was great and I loved that the check out was a noon. This gave us time to sleep in and get up at out own pace. We asked for extra towels as soon as we got there and they gave them to us with no problems.

We really enjoyed our stay. The main reason for our stay was great airport access. It's a very comfortable hotel and I am sure we'll stay here again. Thanks!

Hotel exceeded my expectations. Room was very clean with lots of room. Staff was friend and accommodating. Was able to switch me from queen beds to a king to get room on same floor as my travel partner. Breakfast was good. Plan to stay again when in the area.

The room was quiet even though it was next to the elevator. I was pleasantly surprised. The bed was so comfortable and that's a big deal for me with previous back surgeries. I have nothing bad to say at all. Great room, great price!

Needed something for only 1 night while attending a concert in Tempe. It was close to enough places to be convenient. Although the hotel is a bit dated, they were remodeling and the place was still pretty clean. The lobby was nice but not extravagant, and the breakfast was basic but still good. The "market" by the desk was a bit pricey but that's what you pay for convenience I guess. The pool was empty in the evening and open til 11pm, that was probably the best part.

We stayed there one night, after dropping off my dad at the airport. We found it clean and very comfortable, plenty of parking. Close to everything including Mill Street, zoo, airport, you name it. We ate and shopped on Mill street which is very close by. Loved the pool, very relaxing after a long day. Water was warm and perfect, no cold water shock. The room we were in had two queen beds, and two flat screen t.v.s, one in the bedroom area, and one in front of the sofa. It had a little alcove with a desk, and plenty of outlets to plug in whatever you need to. It even had an alarm / I-Home docking station for IPOD. Breakfast was really good, we had waffles and hot coffee. There are attendants that continually refresh and refill the breakfast food and coffee.I would definitely stay there again. After we checked out we went to the Phoenix zoo. The only very, minor thing is that it is near the airport. Planes fly overhead. We were on the third floor and did not hear them at all. My family and I would stay there again.

We stayed one night because we were catching an early flight out PHX. Seemed a little bit dated, but it was close to the airport and safe area.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. Close to the airport, but quiet inside. Rooms are always clean and comfortable, staff is great- best value around.

The rooms are large with free wifi. The mini fridge and microwave and kitchenett was a nice touch. The only park of the room i did not like was the set up of the king suite, there is a small wall that does not let you see the TV from the bed, I have stayed in the room with 2 queen beds I really liked the room set of a lot better with two TV's. The only bad part wa that the hottub was cold overall great Hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms.

In addition to the airplanes - which we expected at the location....we could hear toilets flush as if they were in our own room. The air conditioner was so loud, we had to turn it off so we could sleep.

Usually $89. but this night was $119. Only complaint is check in attendant did not look to see the room was prepaid and I was double billed. Not good.
