We have stayed here for years and the property matches our travel style perfectly. Just enough room to be functional for the time we spend in AZ. The only negative is largely out of the resorts control. Early one morning (430am), the tenants in the room next to us moved out. We have had to do the same when we have had an early flight. These folks were noisy and I counted the door SLAMMING at least12 times over a period of 15 minutes. We try to be courteous when leaving when most everyone is sleeping, but I don't know how the resort can control bad behavior in this instance.

The room was wonderful, the pool and activities were the highlight of our stay.

Heated pool was great for the family this time of year(NOV). The office kept calling during nap time because they wanted us to watch a presentation for the timeshare. We never went.

Couldnt have been better. The staff was great. Landscape and pool areas impeccable

I came for same hotel long time ago but this time it's last time i enter it

Very nice hotel, staff is very pleasant, have stayed here before and will again.

I have stayed at the Desert Oasis a number of times. It is by far the most reasonable resort for the price and so conveniently located next to the 101 loop which puts you in easy driving distance from almost anywhere in the Valley of the Sun. We had a leaky pipe in the ceiling above the bathroom. The Concierge moved us to an upgraded villa almost twice the size and provided abundant apologies for the inconvenience. Actually, the leak was plus in the end. The Staff is always so upbeat and courteous. We've learned to avoid the Vacation Ownership pitches that a part of these types of resorts. So, again we had a marvelous experience at the Sheraton. Will return again in the Spring, 2015!

Such a good time with my girls! The room was so nice! My girls loved the pool and Jacuzzi bath tubs!

We came down for a short vacation from New Mexico. We checked in late with no problems. The lobby and hotel premises were very well kept, everything was clean. I didnt expect the rooms to be as equipped as they were with a washer and dyer, hot plate, and larger than usual fridge. I wish i would have planned better! the only downside is that you dont get your room cleaned, but it made sense when you realize it is a time share place. I enjoyed our stay very much, and would definitely stay there again at the amazing price we booked at!

We truly enjoyed our time here. They had us in a great location on the resort. I loved hearing the waterfall by our patio as I drank my coffee each morning. We could go out our front door down the stairs and to the right was a lovely playground for my 3 year old to play on and to the left of our stairs was another playground. We were very close to the pool and club house as well. They were very friendly and did a great job meeting our family needs. The activities were great for the kids and the free appetizers at the pool bash were great! We will be staying here in the future forsure!

Stayed with our two children and we had a great stay. The pool and fountain kept them very entertained. The kitchen in our suite was great to allow us to keep breakfast and snacks cost to a minimum. Every staff person we interacted with was happy and helpful. Really tried to make our stay as enjoyable as possible - and it was! We will stay here everytime.

The Villa room was very nice but the service was nothing special and they kept trying to get us to attend one of the meetings to push their Sheraton World Wide Timeshares. In fact they left messages on our room phone encouraging us to attend. There is no resturant on premisis. They had a free cookout one night which consisted of a hamburg on a stale bun and a bag of chips. Parking was less than adequate. We complained that the water was only lukewarm for early morning showers and were told that the boiler was turned down at night because customers near it complained about the noise. For what we paid, we expect much more.

Wonderful and relaxing!! Highly recommend this hotel for everyone of all ages.

Overall the hotel was alright. Not a hotel for young adults, seemed like it was deemed more for senior adults. Also transportation to and from the airport was a bit of a hassel, not impressed. The hotel needs to do a better job with providing some sort of reliable method of transportation to and from the airport.

Over all this was a great staycation! The only downside to it was the lack of room care each day, due as I found out on the last day to the rate structure. Also I attended a vacation time share presentation that was billed as a review of the resort ownership, of which I am a member. I did not want to attend a sales presentation. But the stay was wonderful and I will definitely stay again. Loren Bird

Do not forget to bring your good camera! We also recommend brining your coler as your kitchen (ours was mini) can Handel it!!! Cleanest BBQs ever. You won't want to leave so book an extra night! Staff are sweet, helpful and kind. Family staying were friendly and happy. Best hotel with kiddos!!!! They have a secret I found about about once we arrived. Activitys!! Camp, arts, swimming sports too!!

We spent a week at this hotel in April with our two year old. The stay was perfect, pool was great, service was very good. Location was fantastic. Will stay again. The suites had plenty of room with kitchen and patio.

The staff and hotel were fabulous. The proximity to shopping was excellent and close to the freeway.

My mom owns a timeshare at this resort and we needed an extra room. It was perfect, and we even got daily housekeeping, which she does not!

We came to Phoenix for a college football game and booked several of these rooms. It was a great place, rooms were exceptional, very clean and well decorated. Nice private porches/decks for that morning tea or coffee. The pool area is fantastic with a nice waterfall and huge spa surrounded by large rocks (not real, but still pretty cool!). I would recommend this hotel highly.

Thank you for posting Mark and for giving us great scores. We really appreciate it! I'm so sorry about the noisy neighbors. Like you said, it's a tough thing to manage from our end, but if a guest tells the front desk about a disturbance, we usually end up calling the room and ask the tenants to be mindful of their neighbors which often does the trick. We look forward to having you back! Best, Michelle Sheraton Desert Oasis

Hello there, Glad to hear how much you and the rest of the family were able to enjoy the pool during your visit. We keep it heated during the winter months, so it's pool season year-round at Desert Oasis! I'm so sorry about the phone calls during nap time. I will pass your feedback along to our marketing manager. Come see us again sometime! Best, Michelle Sheraton Desert Oasis
