Walking distance from Paradise Valley Marketplace, grocery stores, many restaurants and other great stores including Trader Joe's and Ross’! Just two miles east of SR-51 and 4 miles west of the 101, makes this condo ideally located for easy access to the entire valley!
You can walk, jog, or bike along the adjacent golf course.

Unit description: The great room has a 55 inch wall mounted flat screen ROKU TV and an adjacent dining room that comfortably seats 6. The master bedroom has a new king size bed and 42 inch Roku enabled TV, large walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a separate bathroom. High speed internet is also included. The unit comes fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, full capacity washer/dryer, ample linens, kitchen appliances and utensils, dishes and cookware.
