Friendly hotel staff. Nice pool but the fountains are annoying. Clean hotel with comfortable beds and pillows. There is a great Italian restaurant close by called oreganos. They also offer golf carts to get around town in for a small fee which is a nice option.
This is a very good and recently updated Courtyard hotel with a good staff and clean rooms and public areas. The hotel appears to have been renovated in the past year or two with the updated Courtyard concept. The staff was super nice and informative. There is a Denny's about 50' from the front door, there is a 2 story garage with plenty of parking available. Only meh parts are the mediocre towels and the mattress was just ok, but they might be going through replacement. I stayed in a king room on the 2nd floor with a pool / interior view, but there are 5 floors and some suites I understand.
My wife and I recently went to Scottsdale for some concerts/shopping/relaxation and stayed at the Courtyard Old Town - it was fantastic. As a platinum member, we were upgraded to a two room suite with two televisions, two small fridges, and plenty of room to spread out. The room was immaculate and looked as if it had recently been renovated. I was surprised to hear that it had not; a testament to the great housekeeping staff and to management for ensuring that the rooms are maintained. Small but very nice fitness room, as well as pool and hot tub. I also enjoyed the ability to park my car in a garage during the hot days. From check-in to check-out, everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely return to this property for my future travels to Scottsdale.
We were upgraded to a suite, and loved it. Great room with separate living room. Two refrigerators and plenty of space. Wish we had been in town for more than one night. Old Town is close and convenient to visit, with plenty of great bars and restaurants. The room had a modern style and was clean and comfortable. The only irksome point was the $5 per day parking fee...there is a huge garage and I don't think there were more than 5 cars there on the night we stayed...not sure why they need to charge a fee at all with such ample parking available. Overall $5 a day is not going to make much difference in my decision to stay there again, but it just seemed like an unnecessary add-on.
I have stayed at this hotel 2 summers in a row. The staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are clean and the pool is fabulous. The hotel is within walking distance to Old Town (I recommend happy hour at Ra and dinner at Bandera) . A special thank you to Melissa and Crystal for your assistance with my change in travel plans and question about my bill. I will be back!
A nice Courtyard with an expanded kitchen/bar in lobby. Kudos to Shereen and Veronica for above-and-beyond customer service one morning when I was a picky breakfast customer. One minor nice thing about this property - the doors don't slam! They have a slow, quiet close.
We booked this hotel because of the close proximity to Old Town Scottsdale. The hotel shows signs of age and could use some TLC. The bathtub was very slow draining. We had a pool of water while showering. Parking was convenient and felt secure. Overall a good stay, just may need a refresh soon.
Like the location of this Marriott, Always clean, updated but only has studios and no one bedrooms. Prefer to have a bedroom but otherwise ok. Staff was fine but nothing great. However, staff at Bistro was super!
Being a corporate Pilot we alway like hotel that are clean and have easy access to great restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend Courtyard Scottsdale Old Town. I've stay at this location numerous time and never had a bad experience. It take about 20 minutes from the Scottsdale airport but worth it.
This beautiful property with perfect location was a great place to stay. The pool looked lovely and the grounds were so beautiful. The rooms were outstanding, wonderful beds and decor. Also liked the sanitizer wipe placed on top of each remote! Recycling was most appreciated, lovely, beautiful stay. Would highly recommend dining area, we were served outside, under a heat lamp and it was spectacular and we were very comfortable. The staff was so accommodating, would highly recommend the avocado toast with breakfast
