A very comfortable stay with a pleasant, helpful staff. I'd stay here again just to sleep in their beds. The room was kept immaculately clean. Nice pool area and gym. It was convenient to Old Town Scottsdale. I would have no problem recommending it to others.

Stayed here for 1 night, very good standard hotel. The location is great, short walk to bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Rooms were a decent size, clean with comfy bed and clean bathroom. Didn't use the pool, however it looked nice with loungers around pool. Plenty of parking, free wifi. Close to restaurants for breakfast if you don't dine at the hotel. Would definitely recommend if staying in Scotsdale for quality and location.

From the front desk to the room...a wonderful hotel. Every aspect deserves an A+ The beds are a little bit of heaven. Super clean...easy parking and within walking distance to Old Scottsdale shops, art galleries and wonderful restaurants. Old Scottsdale is a great place and the front desk was very helpful in directing me to some of the best places to dine. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

OK, I might be a little optimistic about using the word heaven, however this hotel has a great location for anyone attending baseball games at Scottsdale Stadium. Quick and efficient check in by Keli and Travis - they are great ambassadors for the Courtyard brand. Very helpful when a website issue popped up on the computer I was accessing in the lobby. You can't teach nice and these 2 young men have it! Good job Standard (decent size and clean) room. But taking care of the little things, including leaving a purell sanitizer wipe next to the TV remote as it has often been said that remote controls in hotel rooms are loaded with germs. Again, a little thing but a nice touch. Good food and eats, nice sized pool and only $5 to park (hey, it is downtown). I'll be back

location of hotel is perfect - very quiet but close to Old Town, shopping and restaurants. Rooms are average but very clean. Beds are really comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly, especially Travis who went above and beyond to accomodate the hotel guests. Made us feel very welcome and appreciated and made sure we had a pleasant stay.

My wife and I stayed here at the start of a Collette Tour of several National Parks, so I have to admit that we didn't specifically _select_ this hotel. However, that being said, I would seriously consider staying here should we ever be back in Scottsdale on our own. The room was highly comfortable with two queen size beds. There was sufficient room to have both of our suitcases accessible. The bathroom was equipped with what I would call "modern" faucets, etc. By this I mean that it was shiny chrome involving straight lines and right angles; however, the faucet handles are levers, which means that they are easier to use, especially if you have any sort of strength/pain issues in your hands.

Traveled for business. The hotel was in a great location because there are plenty of options for dining within walking distance or a short cab/uber ride. The rooms were clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There is no bar/kitchen during the day though - it's open for breakfast, and then re-opens at 5:00. No frills, but a good place to sleep.

We were in Scottsdale for spring training. We picked this Courtyard because it is one of our favorite brands and this location was a short walk to Scottsdale Stadium. It is also a short walk to Old Town and the many dining options there. The U.S. Egg restaurant across Scottsdale Road was a great and convenient option for breakfast/brunch while we were there. Also close by was a popular Italian restaurant, Oregano's, which was very good option after a late arrival at the hotel. The room was recently updated and roomy enough. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had a small service issue with the bathroom sink and it was promptly fixed. We found the staff to be extremely courteous and helpful. The rates were somewhat pricey because it was high season, but overall we found it a reasonable value.

Was just in Scottsdale for business last week, but came back to enjoy the weather and outdoor activities. There was a slight issue with my reservation, and upon entering the hotel, Travis Bagford took immediate action to help me. He's amazing. Great staff and service. I love the Bistro Cafe as it has the same menu in every location so helps when trying to eat healthy. Only drawback - no morning newspaper.

Some people come here for golf, spas, hiking, baseball, climbing. We came for all of the above. At first we planned to stay at two separate places; here, which is conveniently located to Old Town and restaurants, the other closer to golf and spas. But we were so happy with the service from Travis Bagford; from the moment we checked in, he provided us with bottled water (so kind!), to tending to helping extend our stay. We have stayed here in the past but this experience has cemented our good feelings about this hotel.
