The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The staff were all great. I love how the rooms are decorated. There seemed to be only 1 entrance into the parking lot which made it difficult to enter and exit at times.

I needed a room that was in close proximity to my son's dorm at ASU and could not have chose a better place to stay for the night. This will be our "go-to" hotel for future visits (including this upcoming weekend). If you are looking for a clean, convenient place to stay - this is it!

I wish there was a microwave and a small refrigerator in the room, the bed is vey comfortable.

Nice place and different - nice lobby area nad fun and games. Dirty area and property was not very clean.

Stayed here two nights for a campus visit.

They market Moxy as a modern twist on traditional hotels...or something close to that. If that means a clean facility with limited amenities beyond a pool, lobby bar and a nice lobby lounge area, they nailed it. Our room was clean and...sufficient. Nothing more. Dressers and closets have been ditched in favor of a bunch of pegs to hang clothes. Vinyl floors. Simple platform beds...which were plenty comfortable. A TV. No clock. No microwave/coffee/fridge. All perfectly OK for a weekend with my son touring ASU which is right across the street. Not a place I would choose for a vacation with my wife. The staff were all very nice. We also had a small billing issue that took a couple of emails and a phone call to clear up. There was a room charge that was clearly higher than my bar tab. The clerk who checked me out said their system was "older" and he wasn't able to pull up billing detail (isn't Moxy a new Marriott concept? Old system?). They ultimately credited my card without much of an explanation for the error. Good enough.

I love the proximity of the hotel to local restaurants and major roads. I stayed at this location 3 years ago and had an awesome first time experience. That is the main reason I booked a re-visit when coming back to PHX. This time, the overall room cleanliness and upkeep made me feel very sad. The ceiling of my shower was peeling and had a slight hole from what seemed to be a ceiling water leak. It wasn't repaired. Also, I find it VERY odd that they do not provide hand soap in the rooms. I had to go to CVS and buy some to wash my hands without using the body wash. The overall smell of the hallway on the second floor during my stay also smelled as though someone drank WAY too much the night before and wasn't able to make it to their room in time before their lack of better judgement was purged onto the floor. This hotel, upon my initial visit, really had me looking forward to coming back for this visit. But upon the entire stay, this visit fell short of any of the expectations I had. I probably will not be staying at this location again until the necessary repairs and better upkeep is addressed.

I will definitely stay at the Moxy again. The staff was extremely friendly and love the decore of the hotel, it has a cool vibe, can’t wait to go back!

Interesting place with unique set up. Very Close to ASU.

Excellent in all aspects i would love to visit again

Great cutomer sevice.clean , comfortable and a great location def stay again .

a day ago on  Google Nice place. The water took 15 minutes to warm up in the shower. The remote control for the TV did not work I asked for batterys, but they didn't have any. For the price of $70 it was good. Dont know if i would pay more. Love the Contemporary theme
