The hot water for the entire hotel went out. I was not informed about the hot water at the check in. Then that night I found out it was out. I asked other people staying at the hotel and it went out the previous day. The hotel did refund any nights that I didn't sleep on property.

Good all around for the price I paid (cheap!). Thin windows kept us till 3am due to hearing EVERY conversation in the hall. Broken ice machine upstairs. Description stated HEATED POOL which wasn’t true, only the spa. Had to pretend it was an ice plunge.

The stay was not a pleasant one when we walked in the room and turned on the lights we saw bed bugs we immediately t left out and went to the front desk To let them know they did put us in another room Which we searched but not being able to sleep due to what was seen in the other room was horrible. They need to fumigate I would not recommend staying here

This is a standard hotel room. Resort should not be in the title in my opinion. It was a very tiny room with a standard bathroom the shower and toilet room or very small. The price does not match this hotel the front desk staff when we checked in at late at night was questionable.

I stay here probably 8-10 times a year. In all of Phoenix I like this property. It is clean AND comfortable....really comfortable and quiet. The staff are always gracious
