The property was close to the park with lakes and had a super comfortable bed an linens. The jetted tub was so awesome to unwind and relax while being able to watch tv. The doors face the street so not an inside hotel like the Tempe 3 palms. HUGE HUGE cockroach’s in the room, even my dog was scared of them. We left early.
Overall nice property and room but the area was questionable.
For a non smoking room,it smelled like it was one.The walls are so thin I heard everything from the rooms on either side.The bed was comfortable and the bedding good quality but stained.
fitted sheet came off in the first 5 minutes, tried to put it back on but was hopeless. nice to have a restaurant on property. staff, pool, computer, wifi, parking and general location all good.
I had a restful stay and the room was very clean. I didn't like that it wasn't as big as it shows on line, but I was safe and plan to visit again.

Usually book higher-end properties, but my son wanted a big pool. I was very surprised with this property. Wonderful beds, soft comforters, clean rooms. Great pool & hot tub. They even have a nice gym, & sundeck. Great property for sure.

Clean and quiet. Guy in charge of keeping pool clean did an excellent job and actually cared about what he was doing. Hard to find that these days. Front desk staff was very nice. Good location.
The front desk staff is very accommodating. They are very friendly and make you feel right at home. Heather, the Front desk supervisor is top notch. I came to her with a concern. Not only did she immediately address my concern she fixed it way beyond my expectations. I was very happy with my stay at 3 palms. It is like an oasis in the Scottsdale desert. 5 stars for this Property. I will stay again!!

Lisa, We are sorry to hear about the issues you had with your room. Since your room was right out side the pool area it is a little bit noisier. Next time you choose to stay with us please request a room that is not next to the pool.
