tl/dr: You get what you pay for. Older property. needs renovation ASAP. The place is decent and nice enough for what it costs. There was a cockroach in the kitchenette, the furniture is stiff and uncomfortable. The beds were old and lumpy, as were the pillows. The thermostat was broken and could either be at full-blast A/C, or off. The room telephone was broken. The key cards kept deactivating every day for a week, and no they didn't touch my phone or wallet. The staff was nice enough and the waitstaff at the sports bar were friendly. The live music was a nice touch. The breakfast bar was very good.

Front desk team needs training on customer service. Not friendly at all from check-in to the 2x I had to go down to the front desk because my keys were not working. It's a huge hotel and a long walk to the front desk, twice, when you are on the opposite side of the hotel. Also, restaurants are not open Sunday nights. And noticed they were closed when we came back around 9pm on Monday night too. very strange.

The hotel needs an update. But it was really good for the price.

Old and run down, desperately needs renovation. Large spacious suites, but the rooms, building, pool area, furniture etc is very worn and shows lack of maintenance. They even still have old tube style TVs in the rooms.

I liked the atrium, open and good space for group functions Property needs updating old TV’s and HVAC, room ac all the way down and still warm

Awful experience. Staff was rude, really rude. I did a reservation for my dad and they were trying to charge him again, then i called over the phone and the guy was talking me like i was a retard, NO KIDDING. And my dad said they were very rude all the time. I won't recommend this hotel, besides it is expensive, totally not a pleasant stay.

The hotel is not clean, breakfast very basic and simple, bathroom is old and the room itself

We’ve stayed here a couple of times prior to this last stay and really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, this time was very disappointing. One of the beds really needs to be replaced. When you sat on it, the springs squeaked and you definitely felt those springs while trying to sleep. The TVs in our room were very old and very few channels. The toilet ran all night. Love that there is a curved shower bar but they need a longer shower curtain for it. In the past there was a chef cooking eggs to order, this time no chef. They had cheese omelettes premade on the food bar, but everything seemed cool, not hot. We noticed there were fewer Christmas decorations too than what they had in the past.

Overall a nice place. The exercise room could use some help. No treadmill and missing dumbbells.

The room smelt really strong of cleaner like Pine sol or something similar:( everything else about our stay was pleasing. Great pool, workout area, and delicious breakfast! The rooms were very clean but smelt really heavy of chemicals and the windows couldn’t be opened so that gave me a headache all night. I don’t think hotels should be using toxic chemicals when vinegar and baking soda work like magic! Loved my stay, that was the only downs side. Friendly staff as well!

Bathroom was really dirty. They did not give us clean towels the 2nd day. The breakfast was slow but OK

I always have a good knight sleep, and love the breakfast buffet.

Carpet throughout hotel were stained and dirty. The room tvs are outdated. Only one ice maker available for all guests and has been that way for years that I have stayed there. The three star rating is over rated. The hotel needs an overhaul.

My best friends sister booked this hotel. I'm in love with this hotel! I'm from Maine & don't know anything about this area. I usually do my research on places to stay. But I trusted her judgement & fell in love with this hotel. So stayed a 2nd night! The 2 Room comfort, cleanliness, friendly staff was above my expectations. But when the cook to order breakfast was provided that sealed the deal. Love <3 My only complaint is they're only 1 not national. Heart broken :?(

Hotel has potential to be nice. Room size is good but everything is old an falling apart. Room had a deodorixer smell. Fixtures in bathroom rusted, wallpaper falling down, toilet seat even old and needs replacing. They spruce it up with product samples in the bathroom but even towels are thin and old. Lampshades faded and crooked and missing knob to keep them in place. Bed was comfortable but pillows were old and foam and mattress did not have mattress pad cover and was covered with a flat sheet which was short and you felt like you were sleeping directly on mattress. Hotel looked like an old Embassy Suite. Had the room and lobby set up like that. Breakfast was another disappointment. Everything looked like food but did not taste real. Eggs were fake, no real butter. Only ate there 1x out of 3 days. Not worth it! Free parking was best part of experience.

Room was still dirty when we checked in which was 10 minuts befoere 4pm. It took 3 nice pleasant ladies to clean it right away while we waited. I was awaken from a pleasant smell of waffles and bacon from the breakfast bar buffet right in the middle of the hotel. We loved the experience from staying at this place since everyone was very friendly, polite and beautiful holiday spirit scenario all around.
