Excellent resort, the restaurants are excellent, pool area and gardens are great

This is a wonderful property. The staff were very kind and helpful. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast. I suggest you stay in Building 1 on the top floor if you can.

Nice place to relax

While the grounds and the pool area were very nice, parking in the rear of the building and the long trek to our room was tiring. Had dinner one night while there with another couple, my meal was ok, my wife's was terrible. Drinks.... were so small it was insulting!

Everything was perfect but the rooms are unacceptable. We stayed in the Casitas which were a pretty penny and they are simply run down and the musty, mildew smell is horrible. Had to wash everything and even air out suitcases as the stench was absorbed into the material. Also, the sink had a bad smell to it. If the rooms were remodeled and refreshed, then this resort would get 5 stars from me. As is, right now, I would give the resort 2 stars.

Beautiful surroundings. Spent some time in the pool area. Thank you for the family friendly

The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and water slide are amazing. Our room was clean and nice. However, the halls and elevators were dirty and had spider webs that had been there for a while.

I have four children so for us the pool/slide area were used mostly with our stay!

The peace and quite of the property was very relaxing. Not mention the beautiful views of the mountains from our balcony.

Resort was spotty about requiring guests to wear masks in public spaces. Staff/security didn’t seem up to snuff—I discovered the gate to the backside of the complex propped open with a rock several nights in a row. In terms of view, don’t bother paying for a “Mountain View”. I did and I could see a mountain from my patio, but it also abutted a parking lot. I wish I knew that a “Mountain View” room also met you were facing the parking lot. I would NEVER have paid extra for that. Really bait and switchy.
