It was nice, but the parking sucked. We couldn’t find a space, and a lot of vehicles didn’t have the parking pass in the window.

Very clean, employees very helpful and friendly, easy checkin

Service was great and pool was beautiful. Unfortunately our room had used bath robes and wood chairs on the patio that were sun rotted and needed to be replaced causing splinters in unwanted places. We also found a bug in our room but understand that’s hard to avoid on the ground level in the desert. Overall just felt like for the price and resort fees we should of had perfection.

The setting (mountain views) and landscape was beautiful. The rooms and facility were nicely decorated. There is quite a walk between buildings to get to the lobby area (where the restaurants are). Very limited food choices for such a nice resort. The buffet breakfast is $26.... and very limited choices in the Grab and Go. Bar only had wings/burgers/quesadillas. So your main choice for "dinner" is the dressier restaurant (which is fine, except if you are wiped out from a day of hiking/golf and don't want to dress for dinner/fine dine)

Wish there was a sunny spot off the room patio but it was shaded. Also there was only one good night stand plug in for one of the two beds and coffee pot was in the main area so if one person gets up earlier to make a cup it wakes the other

We really enjoyed ourselves but both of us did not like the bed, it was uncomfortable.

Great Hotel, beautiful setting, great service and friendly staff

It was all good. No complaints As good as any resort in Tucson that I’ve visited Would go back for sure

Bla bla bla ***************************************************************************************************************************************************enjoyed my stay

Very expensive. Room ok bar to expensive. Breakfast $25 for buffet way to high. Not accomadating unless you are a gold member. Could not get a bowl of oatmeal without paying for $25 buffet. Other hotels include breakfast. Drink price very high. Better values out there.

Resort is set in a beautiful part of Tucson.. my son (8) and I stayed while on a road trip during his spring break. Resort was beautiful as were the views and we enjoyed our time by the pool and being out in the sun.. Unfortunately, staff is under trained and poorly managed. Dinner took 2 hrs. My son is 8.. He ordered a grilled cheese and I had the salmon.. 65 mins to get out food and we were not the only ones complaining. Mistake #2 was when I promised my son dessert if he ate all his broccoli and Brussels sprouts... A bowl of ice cream took an additional 30 mins.. I'm lucky to have a patient son. Breakfast was not as bad, although waiter introduced himself as someone who doesn't work in the restaurant but will help us the best he can.. with that intro.. we went for the buffet

I was there on a business trip and had a great stay. The facilities, staff and location are wonderful. Would recommend to friends and family.

Great customer service, need a huge renovation. Food not very impressed.

The grounds of the hotel were beautiful well maintained with lots of pools jacuzzis and such for the whole family. Service was great and everyone there had a helpful attitude. The mountains behind the hotel were beautiful. We did have neighbors above us who talked loudly on the balcony. Fortunately they weren't out there all the time.

We found a very good place to spent the weekend, our kids loved the pool and all the enviroment.

The room was really nice. The pool & surroundings wonderful. Unfortunately, I checked in hours after approximately 300 people checked out and the halls were full of bags of trash & laundry and lots of dishes & trays piled. Not a very nice first look. I was also very disappointed with the breakfast at the Sonora Cafe. The buffet was almost bare and very pricey. My daughter ordered a bagel off the menu and it was delivered barely toasted with a slab of plain cream cheese. All in all, if I stayed again I would again visit & swim in the pool, enjoy the comfortable rooms, but eat my meals elsewhere.
