Good location to Airport Attractive facilities Restaurant facilities

I didn’t like the layout of the property and the hike to and from my room each day and the numbering system that made it hard to find my room. The closet was split in half with a shelf that made it impossible to hang dresses and long hanging clothes. The shower made me feel like I was back in camp with barely any room and a shower curtain on a tension rod that fell down

Nice hotel and great proximity to airport and other restaurants. The only unfortunate part was a plumbing issue that caused a leak that poured into hallway and carpet. The bright side was it was promptly taken care of and I didn't have to switch rooms.

We enjoyed our stay at the Double tree. My only complaint is when I chose this hotel it was because it advertised the free breakfast buffet. The buffet is not free to everyone. I feel the list of eminities was misleading.

Nice hotel a little dated and dark room. Pool and hot tub were nice. Front desk staff were excellent.

The hotel was beautiful! Awesome grounds- the restaurant had great food and the room was large and very nice! Loved it!

From the time we checked in they were giving us cookies till the time we left everything was perfect.

We have stayed here before for baseball spring training. The hotel is close to the stadium and very well maintained and comfortable. I especially enjoy the Frank Lloyd Wright influences. We were told at check in however this the 2 queen bed room I had reserved and PRE- PAID was not available. I told them this was unacceptable and the response essentially was that I should not have booked through a third party such as Expedia or Orbitz. I held firm that I wanted what I paid for and was accommodated but did not appreciate being pressured to join the Hilton Honors program as this would have ensured my purchase instead.

No washcloths in room asked for some but never brought, said something about not getting them and was told ole well

It was exactly what I would expect from a DoubleTree.

I wanted to stay in a nice place with a King sized bed, a heated pool and hottub with a restaurant on the premises that wasn't too expensive and I got everything i wanted. We had a great experience there and I would definitely go back!

Arrived late, easy quick check in. Asked and received a quiet room, well appointed and clean.

We have stayed here twice for concerts now, and both times have had excellent service, the rooms are clean, the grounds are beautiful, the restaurant's food is good, and the location a great. We have gone to the Marquee theater in Tempe, the hotel shuttle drops you off right at the theater and we have gone to US Airways Convention Center in Phoenix. The hotel shuttle will take you to the Light Rail and that will get you to the Convention Center. The staff is very helpful, telling you where you can get the Light Rail schedule, and helping you arrange transportation. When we come here we park our car when we arrive and don't drive again until we leave. It's great. We will absolutely continue to stay here anytime we are in town.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was good for where I needed to be. The only small problem was there were about 10 or 15 small dead bugs on the desk. There were also about 5 live ones flying around in the room. It grossed me out. I felt like the dead bugs were a housekeeping issue and was missed when the room was cleaned before I arrived.

It was wonderful! Staff were very kind and helpful!

Hotel room was fine. A/C too loud but temperature was perfect. Milagro's restaurant was way too expensive for what they serve. Breakfast for 2 was over 35 dollars. Pancakes, sausage, oatmeal and two orange juices. Also everything was alacarte. Shame on you guys.

Ordinarily, I would have given this hotel 3 stars, but the staff was so wonderful! They were kind and went out of their way to make a relationship with us. They were also very helpful in providing shuttle rides and offering different places to go. I would definitely go back.

Close to airport, interesting restaurant, pool was fine, close to gas and fast foosd restaurants.
