I reserved a king sized bed and was given a room with two queen beds. When i asked about this i was forst told the property was sold out, which it was Not. The parking lot was nearly empty and many of the rooms had no lights coming from within. The room itself needs an upgrade. Old carpet, old refrigerator that did not keep contents cold and no licrowave available
Nice stay at a fair price. Rooms could use a refresh with larger fridge, microwave oven, fan in bath. Continental breakfast would be appropriate for rooms over $100/night
Staff was excellent. They kept checking in with us to make sure everything was good.
The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the complimentary water and cookies!
The room was clean and the location was accessible to the fitness center. The fitness center was neat and tidy and was comfortable for a workout since the equipment was in good working condition and there was a television with cable television.
Excellent customer service upon check in — pool area is cozy and nice to relax and unwind. Plenty of parking and the set up of the hotel is easy to get around

Your policy for in-room dining needs to be improved. If a guest requests an actual glass (versus the plastic cups provided), you should accommodate their need. Otherwise you should market your property at the Hotel 6 level. Very disappointed that I had to get into a disagreement with the barmaid upon a request for a glass wine glass to take to my room to celebrate a monumental bottle. I'd never stay at your resort again. PS: Your WiFi didn't configure either and I had to go down to the check-in for assistance for coverage. You should provide each room with a note how to get into the WiFi server. It shouldn't be necessary to have to go down to the desk for this assistance. Overall, I'd give you a 1/5 rating. Bad attitude at the bar when merely asking to borrow a wine glass for the room set my rating scale.
I enjoyed staying at the property for the weekend, just wished there were more elevators
The bed was the most comfortable one I've ever slept in at a hotel. The aesthetics of each room were perfect for the Sonoran Desert, from the art to the wood door, window and room trim. Hotel was quiet and the three hotel staff I interacted with were kind, friendly and smiled and made eye contact. Great job DoubleTree!

Everything was good Only issues we had our hotel didn’t have cold water and pools were little dirty.
Had a nice stay. Room were a little outdated but clean. Would recommend.
