The hotel was beautiful! Awesome grounds- the restaurant had great food and the room was large and very nice! Loved it!

From the time we checked in they were giving us cookies till the time we left everything was perfect.

We have stayed here before for baseball spring training. The hotel is close to the stadium and very well maintained and comfortable. I especially enjoy the Frank Lloyd Wright influences. We were told at check in however this the 2 queen bed room I had reserved and PRE- PAID was not available. I told them this was unacceptable and the response essentially was that I should not have booked through a third party such as Expedia or Orbitz. I held firm that I wanted what I paid for and was accommodated but did not appreciate being pressured to join the Hilton Honors program as this would have ensured my purchase instead.

No washcloths in room asked for some but never brought, said something about not getting them and was told ole well

It was exactly what I would expect from a DoubleTree.

I wanted to stay in a nice place with a King sized bed, a heated pool and hottub with a restaurant on the premises that wasn't too expensive and I got everything i wanted. We had a great experience there and I would definitely go back!

Arrived late, easy quick check in. Asked and received a quiet room, well appointed and clean.

We have stayed here twice for concerts now, and both times have had excellent service, the rooms are clean, the grounds are beautiful, the restaurant's food is good, and the location a great. We have gone to the Marquee theater in Tempe, the hotel shuttle drops you off right at the theater and we have gone to US Airways Convention Center in Phoenix. The hotel shuttle will take you to the Light Rail and that will get you to the Convention Center. The staff is very helpful, telling you where you can get the Light Rail schedule, and helping you arrange transportation. When we come here we park our car when we arrive and don't drive again until we leave. It's great. We will absolutely continue to stay here anytime we are in town.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location was good for where I needed to be. The only small problem was there were about 10 or 15 small dead bugs on the desk. There were also about 5 live ones flying around in the room. It grossed me out. I felt like the dead bugs were a housekeeping issue and was missed when the room was cleaned before I arrived.

It was wonderful! Staff were very kind and helpful!

Hotel room was fine. A/C too loud but temperature was perfect. Milagro's restaurant was way too expensive for what they serve. Breakfast for 2 was over 35 dollars. Pancakes, sausage, oatmeal and two orange juices. Also everything was alacarte. Shame on you guys.

Ordinarily, I would have given this hotel 3 stars, but the staff was so wonderful! They were kind and went out of their way to make a relationship with us. They were also very helpful in providing shuttle rides and offering different places to go. I would definitely go back.

Close to airport, interesting restaurant, pool was fine, close to gas and fast foosd restaurants.

I've stayed at Doubletrees before and have been very happy, but this one was not good. When I first got in the room the duvet had hair and chocolate on it. The bathroom floor was wet and the the shower was all patched up. During our stay I walked into the bathroom & the floor was flooded because of a toilet leak. Needless to stay, I slipped and fell. And they had a bird in the middle of the courtyard that chirped at 6am and late in the evening. What hotel has a bird that wakes up their guests at 6am?

We were put by the elevator and it was pretty loud all night. In the morning the maid walked right in the room at 9:00 am without even knocking. The hotel isn't bad but not sure it is worth what they are charging.

I liked the hotel OK, but they have not put very much into the infrastructure of the grounds, building.

This hotel was a perfect location to stay at while we moved our son into a dorm at ASU. Clean, quite and comfy beds!

Our experience was very nice the rooms are nice and clean and beds are soooo comfortable. Only complaint is they claim they have a gift shop and it's only as big as a coat closet. No kidding

Nice resort like hotel. Good value. Out dated shower.

Great family value. The Van Service was outstanding and the staff always helpful.
