Delta is best so far for airlines I have flown on :)

Nov 15, 2019

Flight attendant with short hair went above and beyond to help me with a cut that I noticed on my hand from dry skin. Very appreciative

Oct 18, 2018

When we checked in at the kiosk, it asked for the "record or recording" number to begin. My husband and I looked at the paper we'd printed out and brought regarding the flight, but there was nothing about a "record or recording" number. I may have that name wrong, but whatever they asked for, was NOT on the paper we'd printed out regarding our flight plans. We had to ask a lady what number we were supposed to input. We were told it was asking for the "Confirmation" number. A person at the kiosk beside us had the same problem, wondering what number she was supposed to put in. It would be a LOT better to use the same terminology at the kiosk at the airport as the terminology used on the flight information page that is given when booking the flight. It would mean a lot less confusion in checking in, and less time checking in. Something you might want to change to make things easier and quicker for your customers. Thanks!

Loved on time flights!

Jul 19, 2018

The boy sitting behind me kept kicking my seat, hitting his tray table up & down, then proceeded to hit the video display unit which bumped my head. I had asked nicely for him to please stop the seat kicking. After the headrest bumps, I asked again for him to stop. His parents finally intervened ( they were behind their 2 boys) & the rest of the flight was fine. The boy claimed he “didn’t do anything! I just wanted to watch a movie!” I guess I should have gotten help from a FA. Awkward start to our flight.
