Flights Review

Nov 15, 2019

Overall good experience.

Aug 29, 2019

Why waste my time!

May 23, 2019

Got home quickly.

Feb 4, 2019

Check in on-line is very time consuming with multiple asks to "upgrade." This was very "off putting" to me. Felt like AA's primary interest was earning more $ from me and that the level of service I had chosen was less than optimal. In other words, I could have a better experience if I had more financial means.

Aug 17, 2018

The knee room was inadequate. My knees had to off to the side for me to sit in my seat, and I’m only 74” tall.

Aug 11, 2018

Completely satisfied

Aug 3, 2018

Not happy with the delay

Jul 8, 2018

Advertised WiFi didn’t work.

Jul 6, 2018

I love that AA has taken a stand NOT to transport children separated from their parents. I hope AA is working with other airlines for them to all take the same position.

Mar 20, 2018

unfortunately the wifi was out, so no entertainment
