Feb 1, 2020

Waiting over 1/2 hour for the plane to be able to go to an area where those flying could get off. Also was told that I would have help since I am in a wheelchair. Never got that help on arrival. Very good boarding to go to phoenix.

Only problem was my seat did not recline. My husband’s did but not mine☹️

Jan 12, 2020

Seats comfortable but too close together!!! I am short and had no leg room.

I'm bummed that you don't even offer free water on the plane. Third world countries offer a full lunch on a 3 hour flight and you don't even do water. It's pretty sad.
