I’m not a fan of flying - but I will never fly anyone but American in the future - and I plan on flying more often!

May 17, 2018

When you are greeted with friendly helpful service when you check in. And it continues on the flight itself. WOW! So happy. One of the best days of flying in years. When everyone is thst nice any delays in baggage or plane itself are meaningless. Because you know the company overall is doing the best they can. The flight attendants Man & Woman should be given a raise or something to validate the great friendly service and nice conversations. Makes me want to fly American every time!! Great job to all.

More seat and leg room needed. We bought our tickets online and we’re not aware that we wouldn’t get a seat together so we ended up having to pay extra to be able to sit together That was very disappointing The online menu did not offer us a choice of seating when we booked our flights thru Orbitz.
