Flights Review

Mar 15, 2020

Had trouble with the Gogo app. Got to movie guide - was able to see trailers but when I tried to play a movie it would not download. Glad I had a good book for the 5 hour flight.

Mar 13, 2020

WiFi does not work very well

Mar 8, 2020

I got sick on the plane, maybe fainted, the staff was very helpful in getting me through that.

Mar 4, 2020

Only disappointed that I was required to check my carry-on bag without prior notification since I was the last group to board. There was an open spot right above my seat too. Should not offer carryon option when purchasing ticket if this is going to happen anyway.

Feb 29, 2020

Great trip

Feb 12, 2020

Overall a good experience.

Feb 7, 2020

Couldn't connect to entertainment.

Jan 26, 2020

The power outlet in my seat did not work.

Jan 26, 2020

Not overly friendly-but it worked . No entertainment on plane . Boarding staff and airport employees not overly friendly

Jan 24, 2020

No issues. Asked to have my seat changed and it was. Only problem was my TSA didn't show up on my boarding pass even though I put in my known traveler number. Ticket agent fixed it

Jan 22, 2020

Thought it was very odd that there was no snack offered on the flight from Dallas to Ft Myers on Tuesday evening. and the in flight beverage offering seemed to take awhile to get around. :( And never a recheck to see if we needed more water, etc. On my flight to Texas the crew was very tentative, not so much on the way from DFW to RSW.

Hope trip will be quick also, OSU is playing
