The staff were really friendly and very nice. Seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. Even the captain had his door open and was smiling and saying goodbye! And that was both outbound and return. I was pleasantly surprised and impressed!

Sitting in Tampa our flight dl2081 was late getting in. So we were here and no luggage with us first we were told it is on the next so we waited and hour and a half no luggage it's now 9:00 and we still don't have the damn luggage. It wouldn't be bad but I have my meds in that bag. H earth med and Parkersons med now you want know if I'm happy I will not fly delta again
