Good nice enjoy
Had a great, easy experience! :)
My first flight was late and I missed my connection, but they held the plane!
I love orbit
Free head sets
Staff were all so nice and inviting !
Thank you 4 excellent service
There was delays but they kept us posted
It was one of the best travel experiences I have had
I tried to get on the earlier flight, and I was told the agent at check in couldn’t do that. I was then told later that I could have gotten on. Now I’ve missed my connection because of lack of staff.
Absolutely ridiculous not to have seat selection. You give tour customers the worst seats!!!
My flight plans changed due to an emergency and I my carry-on was checked in due to limited space on flight. I was unable to retrieve my luggage and had to board another flight that was connecting to Albany Ga. I was not aware that I couldn't retrieve luggage at Atlanta,GA instead we are waiting for a standby flight to Albany Ga because throughout this messy ordeal we missed the connecting flight.
I was sitting right at the gate. Felt I'll so I put my head back and fell asleep and nobody bothered to ask me if I was ok and needed to board the flight.
The flight from jfk was delayed,in Atlanta we were in long lines to rebooked for the next morning. Sent to hotel,no food no water. The bus taking us to hotel asking for tips, if you do give they not taking us. Over all it was not a nice experience.
Lady who assigned seat did not want to listen to seat request, whatever she said was it. Meanwhile the guy who was working with her was very accommodating. You can spot the difference. Even when I asked if my mileage would be credited, she just gave me the card and said here you can check it, so unprofessional. She should not be in customer service. She was the one who assigned me the seat in Atlanta going to Rio de Janeiro.
After Pre-boarding , we were waiting for an hour until departure. It was really frustrated to sit there with baby.
The Delta flight from JFK Airport to Hartsfield International Airport was atrocious. The flight scheduled for 6:15pm was delayed every half hour for most of the night. Had they told us we would have been unable to depart until later, we could have at least gotten some sleep and started new the following day, as it had snowed a little and delays can be expected. However, we were led and dragged on throughout the night with the expectation that we were going to depart. Finally, passengers boarded and were ready to leave at 5am, only to sit on board for one hour, just to be told we would not be departing due to other planes blocking our plane in and also the crew was now about to time out. It was very disorganized and no effective communication. While the pilot was apologetic, passengers now were left to find their own means of transportation at around 6am, with other many flights already being full, or wait for a new Delta flight and time to be scheduled. Then, the next flight for 9am was again cancelled. I waited for the flight to Atlanta that finally departed at 6pm the next day. The lines to board were long, with only one person scanning tickets. The flight itself was short, the wait was exasperating, and there was no indication of apology or sympathy among staff after finally arriving to the destination and leaving the plane.
Why can’t the workers provide the boarding pass when they take your luggage. Lazy lazy lazy
