May 17, 2018

Very good flight

May 3, 2018

The wheel chair attendant in ATL was exraordinary. He cared for me like I was family. In Hou, the wheelchair attendant was busy and the wait was extended so another employee helped get me to the gate. The assigned attendant caught up to us and took over. I really appreciate that the employee pitched in to help. That’s team work which leads to customer satusfaction.
