Hotel is great so convenient to be next. Only thing I hated was no stores or restaurants nearby. had to Uber everywhere. Other than that hotel was great
The Front Desk Associate that checked me in was excellent. Very pleasant and helpful.
Elevator dirty all the time and gym equipment broken
The area was nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.
Shuttle services to & from airport/ hotel, good breakfast & room.
This hotel was absolutely charming. Staff was super friendly, room was very clean and the old building just felt full of character. My only complaint, and it’s small, is that the tv did not have an accessible USB port. I travel with a cable to plug my phone in to access my movies and couldn’t use ...
Very nice place to stay especially having lil ones
I did not feel safe on property and the tub area had mold.

Not enough leg room
Verry satisfied with the flight
Really terrific team members!
Luggage didn’t make it on trip home but delivered to my door in the morning. The person who helped me was very courteous
We were well taken care of
My first time flying and I enjoyed it.
The seats on delta are so much better than other ajrlines.
Too many zones during boarding. Geeezzz...
Change gates and terminals without notice. Delayed due to late plane. Delayed due to losing "flight" plan. Delayed because ATW only had one ground crew.
I was forced to check my one carry on bag while others brought 2 and 3 carry ons. I was the last person to board and there were several empty overhead bins.
no prechk no assistance
No wheelchair. Broken foot. Made we take off Removable cast n stand 10 minutes while It went through security Very unfriendly to handicap
My flight was delayed forever and almost missed my connecting flight.
Our flight had changed at least 10 times. Orginally booked to arrive at 5p in cleveland. After numerous changes, we finally arrived at 1230a.
The first flight was late. I know things happen they just seem unorganized. I would have paid more for better service.
My missing of flight is not fair that the baggage staff was late. Delta sucks
Paid for baggage and then offered what I paid 25 bucks to others for free
