Clean and quiet
My wife and I waited for 45 minutes outside for the shuttle to come. We called atleast a dozen times for a pickup. Nobody answered the phone. We paid 50 dollars for an Uber and there were three staff at the front desk who assured me the shuttle was running and they were answering phones. Meanwhile two other guest checking in said they couldn’t get a shuttle either. Don’t worry after I explained this to the staff they asked if I needed a parking pass. Zero stars don’t stay at this dump.
I didn't like that the free shuttle was charging $20 to take passengers to the international terminal. It said free shuttle not free domestic shuttle only. Other than that, the property and staff were excellent.
The fact that the shuttle to the airport runs 24 hours is a major asset to this hotel. This is especially the case when you have an early morning flight. The meal at the bar was good. I enjoyed the portion and taste of the quesadillas.
Shuttle runs 2 times an hour to the airport 24 hours a day.
Complimentary coffee is a main stay at a hotel. The bathroom was in poor condition, sink only had hot water, asked to have room to be made up the policy is every third day. The took a Covid rule it seems and continue rouse it.

I ordered chicken strips at the restaurant and it was completly raw. Returned them and the staff didnt seem surprised, embarrased, or even apologize. I got my money back without fuss. This was after my flight sat on the tarmac for two hours and was cancelled a d i had to stay at a hotel on my own dime, so i was not in the best of moods. But raw chicken is raw chicken.

We had an amazing comfortable stay at this hotel. We were taken well care of from checkin to checkout. We had a bad experience at our first hotel stay and had to checkout early and relocate. It cost us extra money, but it was worth it. We even wete checked in early. Mrs. Myra Turner checked us in and was so pleasant, understanding, and hospitable. She answered all of our questions and we thank her and the Radisson staff for their hospitality, and warm welcome!! The Mcknights will be back!!
