After checking in and arriving to my room, I was told by corporate that I was not in their system and they could not help me with an issue. The issue was a random guy showing up less than five minutes of me walking into the hotel room. The guy knocks and twists the door handle. I was then told by the front desk that they had no idea who the guy was. Once I asked for my refund so I could leave this unsafe place, I was then told the guy was an “exterminator,” and they forgot who he was.

No. Desk per call the day before flight gave me a phone number to call to get the shuttle once I arrive at the airport. This is standard procedure for some hotels. The telephone number had an odd area code so I was dubious. I took a cab which cost me $25. When I arrived at the hotel, they said it comes automatically every hour on the half to the airport. Wasted $25. List a restaurant, but the restaurant is a snack bar and in this case the grill didn’t work so food was extremely limited personnel was good room was fine.
