We had a king suite with a sofa bed the soda bed was not fit ro sleep in it was filthy rust stains on it the couch had stains on it and the air conditioner was hot if felt like it wasn't working.

Bedroom: Bed was comfortable, AC worked. Room was average. Bathroom: Shower head falling out of the wall. Had complimentary toiletries. Service: Receptionist John cut to the chase and gave all necessary information. Not necessarily very helpful or solicitous. Shuttle: Inconsistent pick up. Scheduled pick up for 6am, receptionist told us to arrive 5mins earlier, we did and were then nonchalantly told that the shuttle had left 10mins before 6am. Unsafe and packed, driver did not give us time or space to buckle up, and did not wear seatbelt himself. Overfilled shuttle, had one person sat with the baggage at the back. No information given as to where we were at drop off. Got us there fast and on time though.

Was an emergency stay due to a cancelled flight. Hotel was in one of the more run-down areas. Shuttle service was one of the worst vehicles I've ever ridden in. The Hotel and Shuttle staff were very pleasant though. The building itself is run-down. The room was well-appointed, but could really use a new desk chair as the pleather was peeling off significantly; the chaise couch would use a power wash; and everything could use a good coat of paint and/or sealant. The shower/tub needs work but it wasn't dirty just old. The bed was lumpy, but clean. It was survivable for the one night unplanned stay.

Rude staff and poor service.
I had a very disappointing experience during my recent stay. I checked in late for a one-night stay and found that the phone and TV remote in my room were broken. The next morning, I informed the front desk about these issues. Instead of addressing the problem, the staff told me it was in my best interest to notify them upon discovery. When I mentioned that housekeeping should report these things, the front desk person rudely stated that it was my responsibility to inspect and notify any issues as soon as possible. This attitude suggests that they expect guests to do their work for them. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. I do not recommend staying here. No manager on shift either so employees can talk and behave however they want.
