The night clerk was not very diligent in the check in process. No hand sanitizer available, and no willingness to correct the problem.

Our room was disgusting. The trash hadn't been emptied, there was a half-used bar of soap sitting on the counter, and there was a used, still-damp washcloth in the sink. There was used toilet paper in the toilet that hadn't been flushed. There were gross stains all over the couch and chair. The orange juice in our sack breakfast tasted like it was fermented, maybe because it hadn't been refrigerated for who knows how long.

I booked a king size room and was given a double bed due to them being completely sold out supposedly.

My room was not clean things were left in the sofa and I left to come back and they were already cleaning my room out and I had to tell me I wasn’t checked out yet.

I didn't like the simple fact that I paid up front on orbits for my room but the moment that I checked in I was charged again full price for my room along with the accidental fee. I was told the money would be returned to me once I checked out which has not happened yet. I killed a roach in my bathroom on the first night. the website said free breakfast but due to covid they were not serving breakfast but there was no signs posted anywhere and they did not mention it to me when I checked in you just came to the dining room and the lights were out. The room was not that clean and the floor was dirty. I'll be back next month but my husband and I will not be staying there.

The hotel is poorly renovated. The room looks terrible big stain in the carpet and looks dirty. I wanted to call front desk because there is no hair dryer in the room I have to go down to look for housekeeping to get me one. And they were giving packed bf and they only gave us 1 bag for the 3 of us.Terrible experience. Never again!

Dirty, my stay in this hotel was not please take, hotel, location, service and environment felt uncomfortable.

The property was loud.. you could hear people coming and going.. police and ambulance was call.. not a good experience

My room was dirty and they kept assigning me to dirty rooms. I need to be accommodated

The bathroom has bed smell. And also, on the site say 2 queen bed and to tell you the truth there are 2 full bed.

Stains all throughout carpet, filth on bed skirts and window curtains. Tub was dirty, bottom of toilet was not clean. Only one face towel for two guests. I complained to manager, she blamed it on the fact that the house keepers are Mexican. I asked for another room. She said she couldn’t give me another room but could refund one night(never happened). I asked housekeeping the next day for more face towels and they could not understand English enough to know what I was saying therefore they brought more hand towels. I found housekeeping lounging in a room on their phones and showed them the kind of towels I need. They said it would take one hr and asked for my room number(never came and I didn’t get any until my second night after walking to the front desk and requesting more). The black guy with the long hair working on the 23rd or 24th was great. This property looked good upon arrival but the staff was horrible when I checked in on the night of the 22nd. I waited for over 20mins standing at the counter waiting to be checked in. One of the employees pulled the fire alarm and the fire dept was there causing a delay. There were no apologies for the inconvenience. Manager was using profanity calling the employee who pulled the alarm a b****. No professionalism whatsoever. She looked like she didn’t want to be there, horrible attitude.
