The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is room was cleaned well it just needs renovations.

Hotel very old in dire need of renovation. Used as a welfare hotel. You have to give a $50 damage deposit when you check in, which Orbitz did not tell me. Room was decrepit but did have fridge, microwave, iron. Price was right.

I changed my mind once I walked into the hotel. It smelled like mold and it was filthy!

No Restaurant or Free Breakfast as advertised on Orbitz. Dark Hallways which is unsafe for me being visually impaired

Overalll Very disappointed

awful place

You get what you pay for! Was looking for cheap stay for short night so worked out great pricing wise. The rooms are outdated etc.. the disappointing fact was the pillows were like tiny as couch pillows.. never seen a bed pillow so tiny. 3 pillows put together would be like 1 normal pillow.

Bathroom ceiling was pealing and horrific. Mildew was on the hallway carpet.

The staff are friendly and the housekeeping crew are great! There was a restaurant and lounge in the first floor, and due to Covid, would have been great to have open, but it is under construction, yet no crews were ever there.

The hotel was fine. There was no shuttle for me so stuck paying for a cab. Only needed the hotel because you at Orbitz don't give enough time to make connecting flight. Yup Delta counter says you guys are GREAT at that. So, in summary, took 2 days to get from Denver to Burlington VT. Cost far more booking with Orbitz in the end then just paying the airline directly. Will NEVER use your service again. YOU SUCK!

Outside loud noises

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This HoJo hotel is very old and worn out. Carpet and furniture are literally threadbare. Looks like nothing has been updated for 30 years. The printer ran out of ink, so the room contract I signed was blank! Room had NO TOWELS!!! No clock, no desk phone, no chair for the desk. Pillows were square and small. No coffee or water in the lobby. When I called the front desk, they didn't answer the phone. When I checked out, the clerk was watching TV in the lobby and couldn't be bothered to get up. She told me to just leave the keys at the desk. The hotel and room are so old and dreary. No coffee or water in lobby. No service, no amenities. Horrible, horrible place. Feels like you're staying in an old abandoned house.

Place and room was filthy

Convenient Area/ Great Customer Service

Cleanliness was okay. Questionable stains on the comforters. Bathroom looked like it hadnt been scrubbed in a while. The beds were uncomfortable. The bar the shower curtain hung on was curved and it was hung askew, causing the curtain to sink into the middle of the bar. This resulted in about 12 inches of curtain keeping water inside the shower. My sister and brother in law had a different room on the 6th floor and there was a massive unrepaired roof leak right over their bed that looked like the ceiling was going to cave in. Elevators were a little scary and didnt want to open at times. A restaurant was advertised on the website but it wasnt open to public when we visited. We couldn't locate the free breakfast advertised either. One positive from our room on the 5th floor was a consistent view of planes landing and taking off. It was very cool.

Staff is really unprofessional and untrained. Photocopied my passport for some reason. Staff and guests were unmasked. For room issued was trashed and unmade. One elevator is broken and other elevator barely functioned resulting in crowded rides with unmasked individuals. Phone in room was broken and I spent a long time trying to reach the front desk by cellphone without any success. I think there was a prostitute arguing with people in the lobby.

There was nothing unique about this property except you could watch flights come and go from Hartsfield International Airport. That's how close we were.

Elevator dirty all the time and gym equipment broken
