Cleanliness was okay. Questionable stains on the comforters. Bathroom looked like it hadnt been scrubbed in a while. The beds were uncomfortable. The bar the shower curtain hung on was curved and it was hung askew, causing the curtain to sink into the middle of the bar. This resulted in about 12 inches of curtain keeping water inside the shower. My sister and brother in law had a different room on the 6th floor and there was a massive unrepaired roof leak right over their bed that looked like the ceiling was going to cave in. Elevators were a little scary and didnt want to open at times. A restaurant was advertised on the website but it wasnt open to public when we visited. We couldn't locate the free breakfast advertised either. One positive from our room on the 5th floor was a consistent view of planes landing and taking off. It was very cool.

Staff is really unprofessional and untrained. Photocopied my passport for some reason. Staff and guests were unmasked. For room issued was trashed and unmade. One elevator is broken and other elevator barely functioned resulting in crowded rides with unmasked individuals. Phone in room was broken and I spent a long time trying to reach the front desk by cellphone without any success. I think there was a prostitute arguing with people in the lobby.

There was nothing unique about this property except you could watch flights come and go from Hartsfield International Airport. That's how close we were.

Elevator dirty all the time and gym equipment broken

I didn’t like that I had to wait for another room because the first one didn’t have beds set up And I asked for a smoking room because I have a bad leg and can’t keep walking and I didn’t get one

My grandpa said ‘if you can’t nothing good, don’t say nothing at all.’

horrible i would need stay at this hotel horrible i would need stay at this hotel

The hotel was rundown. It didn't seem like there was much effort to update or maintain the facilities. Spend a little bit more and stay somewhere else .

Besides the property, my biggest complain is with ortbiz, itself. I made a reservation through the orbitz website. I received confirmation from orbitz about my reservation. My family and I took the hotel shuttle which it took almost an hour to arrived to pick us up. Once we arrived at the front desk, we were told that they are fully book with the room that was reserved. Orbitz should ensure that if they confirm a reservation, its also confirmed with the property especially it was late at night. The hotel offered a king sized bed instead of the 2 queen bed that was reserved. As for the hotel, I will never stay in that hotel again if given a chance or recommend to anybody.

Bathtub shower rail to hold on to is necessary for installation. The fan to blow off the steam during shower to include in bathroom.

There was severe damage to the ceiling in our room. It looked like water damage and it was not repaired properly. The room should not be used until it is fixed. The breakfast that was offered was very disappointing.

The room was disgusting and had stains all over the furniture

It was fine for the price. Rooms were clean. Beds were nice. The reviees about the elevators are true. Dont take them. One didnt work and the other bounced when it got to the different floors. The toilet was mickey mouse rigged because hot steamy water came out when flushed. Who does that?? Oh and the parking lot is completely jacked up, potholes everywhere. Seriously Other than that, it would be my 3rd option to stay here again.

It's nice but need some renovation. Service is good.

Fitness equipment broken, food stale and limited, outlets hanging from wall, bad smell everywhere and dirty! Thank

30 years ago I stayed at this Howard Johnson location for Labor Day Wkend on my first trip to Atlanta. 30 years later on Labor Day wkend I am a guest again. The hotel is a time capsule and I mean it both good and bad. The staffers were wonderfully help, professional and friendly. The room and facility was very clean and maintenanced by the housekeeping staff. The check in and check out was fast and smooth. My dislike was more disappointment at the overall condition of the facility. 30 years since I've been a guest there and found there have been very little to nothing too update the property. I mean it even has the same fixtures and carpets. The color scheme is still that 70s vibe burnt orange. The lamp shades are so old and dated they were baked and cracking from the years of use. Those are likely the same room furnishing from 30 years ago. The grounds were overgrown with vining vegetation and shrubs. The hotel dumpster was visible and over filled. The curtains are 30 years vintage as well. It basically looks like it did 30 years ago. There were several noticeable water stains spots thoughout the building. The elevator was very slow and did a scary bouncing at every stop. I was concerned about unsupervised children moving about hotel and the 8 feet deep pool. I found the breakfast had some burned and overcooked items served instead of thru out and refreshed. Staffer was present and pleasant but food could have better presentation. The hotel needs renovation & refurbishing.

the price to stay here should be 40$ loud ganders crowd cops there when I showed up van driver very late for pic up like over an hour he sped like a nascar racer got screwed by the system again
