The Jack Daniels was good ion the rocks. Cool woman with a good attitude. But like she said "II'm a bitch"

Sep 13, 2018

The price was good which is why I chose this flight but I see that the price was so cheap because there was no free snacks, no entertainment or Wi-fi and the seat wasn’t very comfortable. I also don’t like that I had to pay for my checked bag.

Good service

Aug 22, 2018

Everyone we encountered during the entire process for Delta was fantastic with the exception of the counter person in Richmond quite abrupt and not polite whatsoever. We didn't use the kiosk and that did not make her happy. Sorry, btw customer service is your job.
