Great staff on both flights

Better than Frontier

Jan 25, 2020

My complaint is our luggage, including my infants car seat we had to check, got SOAKED. When we arrived in SLC later that day 1/16/2020 and asked for assistance from AA staff to attempt to dry our 9 month olds frozen car seat - the only response we got was ‘we don’t have anything to dry it’ and a look of ‘figure it out yourself’ which was very rude and frustrating.
