Flights Review

Dec 29, 2019

We didnt select seats prior so we were split up. And stuck between two kids😫

Dec 21, 2019

Flight out of SLC (12/19 at 11:59 p.m.) was delayed by an hour so our connection at JFK was very tight. A male flight attendant asked the other passengers to stay seated so that my daughter and I could get off the plane quickly to make our connecting flight. So grateful for his kindness. We made our flight but our checked and gate checked bags did not. We’ve since received two of the three bags and expect the third tomorrow. The reps in baggage claim have been fantastic! And Lucas at the ticket counter in BTV was so helpful and friendly. Overall the flights and staff were fantastic.

Nov 22, 2019

Pleasant flight. Comfortable seating.

Sep 17, 2019

A well run company and great employees.

Jun 27, 2019

My tv didn’t work The buttons on the arm rest weren’t working

Jun 9, 2019

EVERYTHING went on schedule.

Oct 5, 2018

I was told I couldn’t upgrade the seats until I waited to check in. But when I checked in, it said I could. Only middle seats were then available. Since my parents are older, this made things difficult. Very disappointing.

Sep 22, 2018

Too little leg room. Plus other airlines don’t charge for the inflight movies and shows.

Aug 23, 2018

Everything ok.

Aug 17, 2018

United should have monitors on the planes like Delta and Alaska, or an easier way to get the United app. Since my Mac was flash player 30 I was unable to experience the free entertainment. :/
