The service desk lady at Newark terminal C (service desk 2?) was very helpful getting me onto a new flight while my original flight from Newark to Ithaca was cancelled. She went out of her way to look at the announcement board for the flight info, liaised with the new flight's check-in desk and gave me excellent info regarding the shuttle bus from terminal C to A. I wish I remembered her name so I can send her a thank-you note. If you can find her, please relay my gratitude to her. She is a middle-aged woman, helping me around 7-8pm on Feb 23. Because of her, I will choose United over other airlines for my future travel.
