I left a package in Lounge. At the gate the attendant was asking if I lost something. I told them no. I didn't even realize that i didn't have it until i arrived at the plane on the tarmac. I told the staff about it and they found my package and carted it to the plane and gave it to me. All of the rest of the staff were just as helpful and approachable.
