Gate staff did an excellent job handling the long departure delayed caused by bad weather in NY. The frequent updates were greatly appreciated. Onboard staff were friendly and very helpful to the older fliers needing assistance.

The seats on these Embraer jets have arm rests that sit much too low and really squeeze on my legs. I am not a large person 5'10" 230 lbs. I cannot imaging how uncomfortable those seats are for people with bigger legs.
