Checking was seamless and quick. The room was clean and comfortable, although the beds were a little too plush for my liking. Overall a nice place to stay.

Amid covid-19 we were allowed to have an early check in and also received an upgrade in room since room prices has gone down from when I made my initial reservation. Staff was amazing. Her name was Maria (forgot her last name). Location is great. Will stay when I come back to NYC.
I knew the room was small, but I didn't realize how small it was until I arrived. Cold air was seeping through the bathroom. I had to turn the thermostat to at least 73-74 soni could feel warm, but then it would just feel stuffy.
