Very clean plane. The blueberry muffin was a nice surprise. The flight attendants were very accommodating, polite and understanding.
Clean modern facilities at LGA terminal. Weirdly unmanned food areas, with cashiers kind of far away, but the bathrooms were nice, and the big window view of the water lovely.
I was assigned a seat because of the cheap airfare. It was an emergency row seat which had plenty of leg room however the depth of the seat was so short it made it very uncomfortable sitting. Also only one arm rest. It is crazy that the airlines charge to choose a seat. You are trying to make money off every little detail of a flight, How many billions are needed?
Please with the flight. Really distracted by people not paying attention to the safety briefing. The continuing talk became a distraction to others who intently tried to listen.
Efficient Kind Staff
Flight attendants should be reminded to moderate their voices when conversing with each other in the galley. I think that they are so used to raising their voices to be heard over engines, that they forget and continue to project their voices even when talking idly with each other. This has been a source of annoyance on more than one or two flights.
We were delayed 12 hours because of weather. The Delta team kept us updated and were very helpful and friendly.
Nikki the flight attendant at the back of the plane was the absolute best!!!
I prefer to fly delta when I can...the flight was quick and easy. Thanks for a safe flight!
Travelling with pet is not easy aa staff were kind and compassionate
