Grate location ! Noice Saturday night
We booked the one bedroom suite and the view was fabulous. The rooms were spacious and the staff were helpful. No fridge or microwave, and the jacuzzi jets weren’t working, only complaints
From the Orbitz website, I thought I had prepaid for one weeks worth of parking. According to the hotel, I only paid for one night.
We have a good stay and availability for food being provided to the room with safety. Excellent Stay. Thanks!
Amid covid-19 we were allowed to have an early check in and also received an upgrade in room since room prices has gone down from when I made my initial reservation. Staff was amazing. Her name was Maria (forgot her last name). Location is great. Will stay when I come back to NYC.
I knew the room was small, but I didn't realize how small it was until I arrived. Cold air was seeping through the bathroom. I had to turn the thermostat to at least 73-74 soni could feel warm, but then it would just feel stuffy.
Horrible. Would not recommend! The staff was very rude and the offered parking was 3 blocks away & $45 a day per car.
Location was decent; everything was good considering COVID; only main issue is shower did not have barrier so water leaked onto entire bathroom floor - I've seen this in Europe & have NO CLUE why ANY hotel makes it this way - it's a simple barrier!! That's all that's needed! I used up 2 towels to ...

WiFi was nonexistent even though we were supposed to have it.
Cindy Charles at the gate made sure we had comfortable seats together, was very personable remembering our names as we boarded.
Actually civilized unlike United. Checked in online, seat assigned when I checked in. Got an E-boarding pass. Smooth, smooth, smooth.
$25 per check bag is too much. Most airline offer 1st bag free. Please look in to i
No. Staff very nice on both my flights. Likes on-line check-in, bag pay. Really saved me time on check-in.
We missed our original flight and the AA staff was able to get us on the next flight home. They were so helpful and kind.
nice crue. no one grumpy
We booked 2 adults 3 kids our connecting flight separated the minors and not by each other or the adults
American Airlines would not offer me the fee waiver although I am senior citizen with health problems! Because I booked too early they said!!!
Unapologetic and terrible
Landing plane was the scariest events in my life. Inexperienced pilot. The captain should have landed us.
