Our air conditioning had to be fixed... The TV did not work.. it would turn on but nothing else... Maintenance walked into our room in the middle of the night, waking us up, asking if we called about a smoke detector... We were woken up again later on by detectors going off.. There was a lot of other noise outside our room throughout the night as well.. We hardly slept because of all this.. The Hotel itself looked nice inside and out appearance wise... but thats about it..
The pool area needs updating
You could tell that it was nice 10 years ago, but it’s getting a little worn. That’s not really a big deal as the most important factor is bathrooms and beds. The beds were comfortable enough, but the sheets were like lying on burlap sacks. I own vacation rental properties myself so I know that it’s not that expensive to buy quality sheets. Disappointing.
Only problem was check in- arrived early- and could not check in & grab keys later, so had a time crunch waiting in line at 3:00 because everyone was checking in at the same time.
The property was clean for the most part. The garage was unsafe. No cameras if one pays for parking one should expect a certain level of safety. Lightning in garage poor in some areas. Need to improve maintenance. Shower drain slow.
Waited at service line for a long time. It also took a while for shuttle to pick up.

Close to LaGuardia and spacious, clean and quiet room! I’m going to have this be my NYC go to hotel especially because I felt safe there!
The room was clean, the bathroom tub was broken, no microwave in the room or in the floor, the receptionist was very rude.
Front desk night manager should be replaced or get a proper training for the position. Rude doesn’t have a clue about costumer service.

They were doing loud construction in the lobby at 11 pm on a Saturday night
