So convenient for what was basically an overnight 6 hour layover. Staff was great. Facility is not new, but was very comfortable.
Was treated poorly. Had to change rooms twice due to no hot water and AC not working. Also had to get a refrigerator replaced, had a broken toilet that would not flush right and took 2 days to get towels. The Manager of this property was horrible and disrespectful.
Really close to airport and free shuttle back-and-forth to airport every 20 minutes
The room did not have a working tv. The toilet leaked all over the floor. The whole room reaked of marijuana. The pillows are impossible to use.

The property was seemingly nice upon entry. But my room wasn’t the best, because of the plumbing problems. They didn’t even have Netflix.?

The exterior is very nice, the lobby is very nice but the room was not up to the same scale as the lobby. Definitely not worth the money I spent and honestly pretty disappointed.
Had a terrible experience with the front desk staff upon check out. An employee Carla was EXTREMELY rude, curt and unwelcoming. I also located several hairs on my pillows, but checked in so late that I just went to sleep pillow less. Additionally upon check in the front desk team gave me no info about parking validation so I wasn’t until I attempted to depart and was at the garage that I realized I could get my parking validated, taking the cost from $59 to $30! Overall the hotel is ok. 3 out of 5. Had I not had such bad experiences with the staff I would give this place another chance. Given the attitude of from desk member Carla and lack of info from other staff, I would look to stay that the hotel next door and only return here as a last resort if I had no other options.
