Room was clean and larger than I expect in NYC, and they upgraded us to two queen beds (instead of one). Grab & Go breakfast was plenty substantial, staff were efficient. The lobby is very busy but the floors are quiet, and being just steps away from Times Sq was so convenient. The free walking tours were an added bonus that we really enjoyed too. I would definitely stay here again.

I love the location for ease of going to any theatre and for public transportation. I enjoyed doing the walking tour provided by the hotel and the free wine tasting. The staff were ready to help with any questions that I had. The lobby is amazing with the art deco.

Great location, convenient. 2 restaurants, Bond 45, staff was amazing, but Friedman's not so much, server seemed unwelcoming, very cold, as if we were disturbing her. Room was clean and cozy.

There was a noise like drilling sound all the time. Very annoying . Very noisy during the night and during the day . Left vouchers for breakfast on night stand and they disappeared from the room and I was able to only get one more voucher for breakfast . Coffee maker did not work . Staff were short and rude when talking to guess .

Room I booked was not available and had to be split into 2 different rooms, very small but adequate. For the inconvenience they were to send a bottle of wine up to the rooms, never received it. The coupons for breakfast were a joke, not explained by the front desk and upon presenting at Friedmans they were denied.

The hotel is in a great location but the commendations were just ok. You can hear the outside noise from the streets, the heat thermostat didn’t work properly, and although it’s an older building, the room never seemed clean even after the staff refreshed it.
