2/5 stars. The room was clean but tiny. The bathroom was roasting and barely wide enough for one. The AC didn’t work, needed to be fixed and then rattled all night long. Concierge charges $1.00 to hold your bag. I would not stay here again.

This hotel was ok, the location is definitely great. The interior doesn't appear to have been updated in several decades - it's pretty tired looking. Also, the walls are quite thin. We were in front of the elevators and heard them all night. Overall, everything was just ok. I would think this is a 3 star hotel at best.

Loved how this hotel was in the heart of Times Square and Broadway district. Walkable to all the theaters to all the great shows. Lots of shopping and dining options. Walkable to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue and Madison Avenue shopping. Easy access to the Subway. The standard two queen room was roomy and spacious for a standard room. However, the bathroom was very small. But overall, this hotel was a great option for our stay. We also appreciated that our stay included breakfast for two each day.
