The absolute ONLY reason to stay at this hotel is the location! The room is the size of a shoebox, and the layout is terrible! And our room was dirty and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed/swept in quite some time.

Everything was fine.

The check in line was very long, the lobby was very crowded, I’m very disappointed with the check-in service.

Everything about this hotel was good. Unfortunately our room was shower for handicapped persons. Its called, Classy 2 queens but with shower not having border on floor, it always felt like im stepping into puddle. Then i had to waste towels to get extra water out. Other then that, room was fine.

So close to Times Square!

Loved the location, dining choices and the art deco touches in the building. Didn't think the "terrace" was worth it, though. It was only about 18" wide and looked out on a small section of 46th St, Security had to come in to unlock the door/window access when we first checked in, and we couldn't lock and unlock it as we wished without calling for assistance because the deadbolt lock didn't work, only the keyed lock did.

Loved hotel will come back

Overall very disappointing experience. The worst room in the hotel for $450.00. Carpet dirty. And noise.... being next to Time Square and having poor windows sound insulation , no much sleep. Old, smelly, and noisy air-conditioning unit.

Very good location

Right off Times Square super convenient location. Walk to broadway shows. There were 3 breakfast restaurant options for grap and go. Absolutely loved Crave

We can walk to time square in 1 minute. Good breakfast and very secure

The lobby was nice and generally well staffed. We liked the grab and go breakfast option. Our room was clean but in need of repair. The toilet broke the first night. That was fixed quickly. It then jammed and made terrible sounds twice again until we flushed the handle multiple times. The shower backed up and wouldn't drain. It was not fixed the first time nor the second. The third time it drained for a while but would intermittently back up. The air conditioner barely kept the room cool running 24/7. The biggest disappointment was the "mansplainjng" I had to put up with when explaining that the tub didn't drain. I was told by both the first and second repair person how to work the stopper. I explained to both I unscrewed it fully to let it drain but it still backed up. One told me that "it's ok - you got a long way before it overflows the sides." The other asked how long of showers was I taking? I told him just long enough to wash my hair. When the second left, he asked me in a snarky tone if he should tell his supervisor anything. I said that I just wanted to take a shower without standing ankle deep in dirty water. There was a crack in the tub that was poorly repaired and some gouges in the doors and walls that were cosmetic but would look better patched.

Deceiving, gives vouchers for breakfast. Gives menu, then twlls you that menu is not for vouchers, little selection. No coffee pot in room, then charges $6.00 for old coffee. Refused to make fresh. Bed platform on a slant.

I paid for a room with two queen bed and I got one bed, no money was reimbursed and they said they didn’t have availability at the time to get me the room that I paid for. At least very unprofessional

AC wasn’t cooling for 2 days and finally moved us on our last night after numerous times of us calling and them sending staff to fix the problem to no avail. Restroom has no room to move around will never stay here again

Positive: Location, Location, Location...also access to dining. Negative: Bathroom was too small and outdated; noise from building across the street; no in-room coffee machine or even a bottle of water; early check-in is $89 (many will allow early check in if the room is ready with no additional fee). Although there are kiosks to do self check-in, the line the check in at the reservation desk is usually a wait.
