The bed was comfortable and the hotel clean. The restaurant Nice Matin had excellent food. We were able to get on the M79 SBS bus across the street from the hotel to cross Central Park to the Upper East Side. Daughter had a baby at Lenox Hill Hospital. So convenient. Definitely would stay again.

We had a wonderful time at the Lucerne. Love the UWS and proximity to the Park, great restaurants and playgrounds nearby, right by the subway station, the entire staff was helpful and friendly, our room was spacious, quiet, comfy, clean, and well-decorated. Wow - will definitely stay again. The staff was great and the hotel was gorgeous and spotless. A block from the Natural History Museum, a walk across the park from the Met, kitty corner from amazing bagels and surrounded by great restaurants and ice cream. Couldn't ask for more.
