Everything was wonderful except the entrance wasn't handicap accessible which created a challenge for a family member who uses mobility assistance. we managed, but getting him up and down the steps safely was difficult

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was clean, roomy, convenient and safe. Staff go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need and keep you comfortable. We stayed at 3 different hotels due to canceled flights and this was by far the best for the planned half of oir trip.

We had such a wonderful time celebrating our anniversary. Staff was so friendly, room was beautiful. They really went above and beyond to make us feel special. Will definitely go back and already recommended it to others to stay. Nice Matin for dinner was also delicious! Cant wait to come back.

The location was fabulous. So close to the natural history museum & Central Park. A subway station close walking distance as well. We saw a show at the Beacon Theater, also close! Lots of good restaurants around. The staff were all amazing & helped set up a car for the airport. Will stay again. The room was small & basic but all we needed.
