This is our second time staying and we will definitely return! Right in times square and close to everything. Traffic gets bad, but not the worst around the hotel. Highly recommend this location.
I brought this to the attention of the front desk receptionist but the AC in our room was so loud it sounded like a cart rolling over a grate. The sound did not go away our entire stay. As a result of the loud noise we had to raise the volume on our TV louder than normal to drown out the noise from the AC. For the price of the room that loud noise is not something we should have to deal with.
I didn’t like that there was an additional $37 resort fee each day.

Perfect mid-town location for theaters, restaurants and transit. Pleasant staff; wonderful baths and beds.
The property has a great location, close to amenities. Rooms clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast is extremely pricey for a party of two over 100 dollars

The hotel is very nice. Clean and updated; staff is very friendly. Rooms are big, bathroom big -- airy and VERY clean and modern.
My husband and I celebrated our 13th year wedding anniversary!! We really enjoyed our stay!

Property was very clean and the staff was exceptionally professional and easy to deal with. There was an issue with billing and the front desk addresses it immediately without question and issued credit.
Double beds don’t work for families. Rest is very good
