It’s a busy and party hotel, but the room and bathroom are great and pretty big for nyc! It was very clean too. The bed could be better, since the mattress is very very soft, but on a overall and for the price and it was excellent!

Our room smelled of mildew the whole time. The room was extremely noisey we could barely get any sleep the whole weekend. We had to repeatedly call and ask for things we needed. Our mini fridge didn’t work either. A man flashed us with his parts right out front and security did not do anything about it.

The staff! The staff was phenomenal! We worked with Anthony a lot during our stay, who was always helpful. I must say that everybody was always helpful. The gentleman who were taking care of the night club were wonderful, even though we weren’t like clubbers! Just felt special while we were there.

A very good place
A very nice property in a great part of the city. The room is small but certainly adequate for one. My only suggestion is to include expected amenities like a coffee machine in the room and vending machines for after hours. On site food was delicious and the staff was fantastic.

I’ve been to the dream before for work (bridal makeup artist) and to go to the club Phd, so i knew the ambiance was nice, and this hotel was aesthetically pleasing. After staying here i can say the staff was great and helpful, the rooms were clean and i felt safe. Whenever me or my boyfriend called for something they were speedy with getting whatever it was to our room, ice, cups, silverware ect. The men who helped us at the front desk both nights were friendly and wonderful. I heard complaints about rooms being too loud and hearing the nightclub but we didn’t have that problem in our room, we didn’t hear the nightclub at all. We had a room with a king bed overlooking the pool. We didn’t get to try the restaurants in the hotel, and we didn’t go to the bars or clubs but we did venture out for dinners, shopping, and a rangers game. This hotel is in a great location. There were so many great restaurants and shops walkable. MSG was only about a mile walk. We also took advantage of Chelsea Market being a few feet away. I would stay here again without hesitation!

Cute hotel, cute vibe, only thing that annoyed me was the lighting. If I put on light in bathroom it illuminated the entire room making it difficult for others to sleep.
