The food was expensive and was ok, the quality of the food needs to match the price. The Casino was excellent lots of variety. All of the security people I ran into were nice and helpful whomever is managing them is doing a great job. I recieved canadian change from ATM when cashing out my tickets, I would be more careful when loading machines with change.
Excellent service
This is a lovely hotel! Its about a ten minute walk from the falls and center where there's several hotels/restaurants/tourism. The rooms are clean and spacious, the design of the hotel itself very modern and large, and free accessible parking options.
Very fancy. Several restaurants. Great room service. Staff very helpful.
Best place to stay in Niagara Falls, NY.
I was very pleased with this property. I originally wanted to stay on the Canadian side with a view of falls and the ability to walk to attractions but the prices were just too high. This property was so elegant and just a few minutes drive to the Canada. On the Canadian side parking was easy to find and not expensive at all!!! Crossing the border was an easy process and lines were not super long. I highly recommend this property for your trip to Niagra Falls.
The good- hotel staff is friendly, beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. The bad- I was charged for the water bottles in my room that we did not drink. The hotel had an awesome display of fireworks which wasn’t a problem but I should have been given the opportunity to purchase a pass to enjoy with the rest of the VIP instead of being corralled behind a barricade in a very dirty, full of trash parking lot near the hotel. Also have staff remove the room service carts from the hallways. I looked at the same dirty dishes and garbage for my two day stay. While there are plenty of dining options if you haven’t made reservations before your stay plan to eat at Three Sisters which was just okay food wise. The pool also wasn’t available for a block of our stay due to a private party, assuming it was for the fireworks. We were disappointed since it closed at 6:30 the last day of our stay. We were hoping to enjoy the hot tub since the pool area was overcrowded with children the day before.
Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Three Sisters Restaurant had a good brunch buffet.
The front desk staff (some lady) I spoke over phone on June 29th at 6:30am was so damn rude. Completely ruined my experience there. If your staff cannot be polite with your guests then you are so not going to have first time customers. No one is ever returning if treated this way. I’m very sorry to say but I’m not returning ever. So much disappointed. Everything else was so good.
The property is well managed and well kept up.Very clean place.
Great! Very nice luxury room
Was Very Satisfied with everything, including the restaurants and the 10 minute walking distance to The Falls. Food Trucks and Restaurants inside and outside. Cabs to and from Canada. Staff was knowledgeable and very helpful and courteous.
beautiful place conveniently located with delicious dining options and amazing room!! like a palace!
Can’t see the falls even though we paid for a room view. There is only 1 restaurant open on site. There is no smoking area so people just stand outside the lobby so it smells like smoke in the lobby. Each amenity is an extra fee per person. Rooms are nice. Our toilet ran the whole week and the shower had mediocre pressure. Honestly the valet parking was the best feature.
