Hotel room was very nice and clean. Saw fireworks from room. This was the final week of Lobby and parking lot construction, so parking was a little challenging at first.

The construction made it extremely inconvenient having to carry bags through the casino to get to the hotel side. The casino guards being rude about carrying bags through (as if there was another way) I found a cart to wheel through and was chastised by an employee for using it. They were unattended when I came in and I used it just like I would have at any hotel. I am also certain that I got food poisoning from the buffet. Front desk person would not print me a receipt upon check out. Worst customer service ever! I will not be back and will spread the word to anyone traveling to the area. So very disappointed.

They resort was torn apart. We had to walk through construction sites to get to the lobby and casino. We had left a knapsack at three sisters restaurant it was turn into security. We had to go to the basement to see if it was ours, the guy down in the basement was rude, the bag was not inventoried and we had a time to get it back. Housekeeping kept knocking on the door saying we called if was something about our safe they finally said they had the wrong room. The food was not good, we will not stay there ever again.

Everything was awesome!! Will stay there again!!! Rooms awesome, freindly people, kick ass casino

everything was good, except two things: first is fees that i payed, i got 3 night stay in room and i payed 300$ and total tax and fees was 170$. and second is that when you want to go to the street i mean that side that goes to niagara falls you should go thru casino, when everybody smoking, its weard when 2years old baby should go there!

The staff were exceptionally friendly & accommodating.

Stayed during the week and had a great time. Casino was fun. Ate at 3 Sisters and highly recommend the short ribs Mac & cheese! Buffet was ok, like most Buffett restaurants. Tim hortons was good for breakfast sandwiches before heading out for the day. Within 5 minute drive to the falls which was great. We did not have any issues with smoke. Of course you can smell it in the lobby which is right outside the casino. Stayed on 20th floor, room was large and had a great view and did not smell like smoke as some reviews have reported. No issues with noise from other rooms. Very quiet. Showers were awesome, large and plenty of hot water. Went to the hot tub/pool area and it was very clean. Towels provided at the pool area. Overall a great stay. Will definitely be back soon.

Beautiful view from our room, but water pressure in the shower was terrible and the room never felt cool

I did not spend much time in the hotel .just one night

Hotel is convenient but you have walk through casino to get to hotel.
