The late night manager was extremely nice

Great location. Large, clean rooms. Nice pool area and we could walk to everything!

its proximity to the falls and state parks

The suite was affordable and luxurious. The restaurants inside the hotel have great food. The casino needs a bit of an upgrade. And the security at the front door are almost like tsa. They can be annoying. The front entrance has multilple doors and after entering multilple time through the same door for days, one employee pointed out that because we werent VIP or had a special black card that we couldnt enter through the main doors which made no sense but overall the stay was great.

The room itself was pretty good, but other than that I would never recommend this establishment to someone. Almost every person was super rude except for the woman at the check in desk and one room service person. When I asked the valet where we should pull in he responded super rudely instead of giving an instruction. The front security were super unpleasant. If you’re the type of person who wants to gamble during a pandemic it’s probably for you, but if you just want a room I’d go elsewhere.

Very nice ¡!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Very nice hotel clean neat easy access to the casino

It’s a good place to stay. But they purchased you a resort fee

My room was on the 22st floor facing the falls. Great skyline view at night from the jetted tub. Easily walk to the falls from the hotel. Be aware, Orbitz states a $20 resort fee, i was charged $30.

I want to start by saying that I do very much appreciate this Hotel’s effort to keep us safe in the time of COVID, but to continue to charge an additional resort fee when the amenities are particularly minimal and the service isn’t great feels a bit excessive. The gym and spa are closed, half the restaurants are closed ...AND you they don’t provide basic housekeeping during your stay. I was fine to accept these concessions, but the one thing I expected from the hotel was to have updated information about the nearby attractions. Instead, the man at the front desk told us that our most anticipated attraction was closed when it had been re-opened for a MONTH—so we nearly missed that experience. They told us the Niagara Visitor’s Center was closed; it was open. They told us the trolley wasn’t running; it was. Worst of all, they recommended an attraction that is in Canada, which we purchased tickets to and could not use because (as they very well knew) the border has been closed for nonessential travel. If you’re looking forward to a “river view” room, don’t. The view is of the top of buildings. If you squint really hard, you might see the river in the distance. Also if you’re planning to get to your room and rest after a long drive at 9-10 pm, you will be sorely disappointed because you have to get in a long line with people trying to get in to the Casino before entering the building. Only one line with one person scanning temperatures for Casino and Hotel guests alike.

Nice hotel with very helpful and courteous staff. Our room was clean. Front desk sent amenities we forgot to bring from home
