One of the beds in my room made a loud clanking noise whenever I got up. Like it was made from an oil drum. The one nearer to the door.

You don’t notice how long the walk is. Staff was always available.

The positives-it was relatively cheap and we were able to walk to the Falls. There was a free breakfast but the muffins were the tiniest Id ever seen and even the coffee cups were small. No in-room coffee. The towels were very scratchy. Worth it if trying to save money, though.

Insufficient and inconvenient parking/loading. Pool is beyond terrible with no one enforcing rules (many unattended kids screaming, flooding floor with hose, diving in shallows, and urinating in pool). Continental breakfast was a disaster of sugar without a single hot/fresh item.

Almost everything are wrong with this hotel except the Wifi. Door's key are barely works. The breakfast is late by 40 and 50 minutes for both days i was there. And Also the poorest quality foods you could imagine , no fruits or warm breakfast, coffee machine broken, receptionist did not wash his hands and he jumped to the kitchen to handle foods. I traveled with my 2 kids, and i had dig out to look for breakfast for them. This is my worst experience in more than 20 years. Honestly i should get a refund , this is terrible .

We found the room to be spacious and neat. The bed was comfortable. The second day we came back from sightseeing and found that our room had not been cleaned. I called the desk and was told that they do that only upon checkout. We were there for 3 nights and the bed was never made, towels never changed and waste baskets never emptied. The continental breakfast was very sparse, mini muffins, bread for toasting, 2 types of sugared cereal and yogurt. Coffee and 3 types of juice were also included. The location was terrific. Just a short and easy walk to the Falls.

Only one towel was provided for a room with two people. We had to ask for more towels as soon as we checked in. No body wash available—only hand soap. Nobody came to make the bed or replace the towels (and no, we did not use the Do Not Disturb sign). Also, the bedding and towels had faint yellow stains on them—gross! The shower curtain bar in the bathroom was loose and was beginning to hang out of the wall (dangerous). Minor complaint, but the room didn’t have a mirror besides the one in the tiny bathroom. Also, the hotel is not ADA accessible. To access the rooms, you must go down a small set of stairs from the lobby with no ramp or elevator.

This is a small independently operated hotel. As such, I don't expect the same attention to detail that I would from a large corporate owned property. It was a great price for 5 people, close to the park but about a 30-45 minute walk to the actual falls. The location is in an area in transition. It was pretty clean and not too loud. It was what I expected from a modest hotel and I was pleased that we chose to stay there. Cautions for parents of very young children is that there is no bathtub and the sink is very tall, making a parent presence in the restroom required.

Nice place to stay with family. Highway is not to far, all the shopping center near by.

This hotel location was central to getting around. We did not walk because we had a car, however, it did not seem like it would have been far and there was a nice park across the way along the river. I cannot comment on the breakfast because I overslept. The room was nicer than expected and great for a couple get away. I arrived after flying on a red eye and was happy to find comfy beds. When I booked this hotel it was half the price of any other hotel in the area, so it was a great deal.

Easy walking distance to Falls and adjacent areas. Clean and mostly quiet.

Reasonable price. And a good free breakfast. The only thing I would like to see is some type of casino credit.

No Lift there so we have carry all luggage our hand.
