We stayed in room 1007. There was mold and mildew in the bathroom! Dust was alllllover the shades. The amount of grime built up in the corners of the bathroom (especially next to tub) was so gross. The vent in the shower was covered in dust. The carpet was dirty and stained. I will never stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone. So disappointing.

Location is the best that this hotel can offer. Most of the receptionists are nice and helpful. The housekeeping people, when you call their office either nobody picks up the phone or busy line. The entire stay (6 days) our room was only cleaned 2 x and we have to request it via the receptionist. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will stay again.

The rooms aren't terrible. They need to be revamped for sure. They are outdated and warn. The staff was always very friendly. There's quite alot that is within walking distance of the hotel.

We love the space that the larger rooms have to offer. We did not get the room we reserved, however, but we’re refunded the resort fee. There were parts of the room that definitely hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The drapes had layers of dust and the dust in the bathroom was also very evident. Overall, the location and size of rooms was great.

Had to change room twice. First room had damaged bathroom door. Second room AC broken. Third room had mold in the bathroom on the ceiling and tiles. Decided to just stay in the third room. However, was surprised to find a massive cockroache in the bathroom on our last night. Carpet was very dirty and in poor shape. Opened a window for fresh air, however the seals were covered in mold. No air exchange in the room. Overall was very unhealthy conditions.

The shower head was broken so spent 20 minutes to unsuccessfully get it to stabilize so i could shower. They come extremely early to start knocking on your door to get you to check out. Which is annoying because you dont get full 24hr use of the riom, and they also have very high room seposit of $300. On top of paying a resort fee which is crazy!

Avoid if possible Super rundown, dirty everything from carpet to bathroom to furniture. Put $300 deposit on my card and extra $40.17 resort fees - seriously, with this kind of room condition, how can you call this place a “resort”?! Stay away, far far away please and don’t spend your money here!

Hotel was very dirty and run down. We got a “complimentary upgrade” to a larger room upon checkin. I’m sure that was to hopefully keep us from complaining about the condition of the hotel. The carpet was so dirty we wore shoes the entire time. Lots of hair in the bathroom. Chewed candy on the table. Bare walls, minimal furniture. Overpriced for what you get. Stay somewhere else.

The suite that we stayed at needs a lots of updates.

The rooms looked nothing like the pictures. Small, dark, crowded. The AC barely worked and as it was in the 90s during our stay the room never went below 75. The shower head smelled of mold and when I looked at it, it actually had black mold in the head. The location was amazing though! Close to everything but I wouldn’t stay here again because of the room conditions. The staff was pleasant and quick, the rooms are just in bad shape and the ac hardly works which didn’t bode well for us when it was really hot in the city. Beds were hard, small (thought I booked queens but booked double beds) and “kitchen” had no silverware, 2 plates, 4 cups.

The property was well located within the Manhattan area and everything was within walking or bus distance. The subway stations were close by. Great staff and very helpful. I would recommend changing out the ACs as it had issues working. Overall I recommend this property to friends and family

Centrally located but the rooms were showing a lot of disrepair and the bathrooms had permanent stains on the sink. Only stay if you need an inexpensive option.

The hotel was very convenient to all the places we wanted to visit in NYC. Dining places abound. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The hotel premises are clean. The lobby was presentable.

Tiny and awful

Great location. Quick check-in and check-out. But the rooms are not clean. It seems that the carpeting has not been vacuumed for months. We also found hairs in the shower. With a bit more cleaning it would be a great place to stay!

Room was extremely dirty. The carpet was stained and not vacuumed. The tables in the room were dusty and had dried white liquid on it that clearly wasn’t wiped down. The air conditioner was filthy so much so that the shade above it was covered in dust and dirt probably from the unfiltered air that was coming from the unit. The bathroom had hair on the floor from the previous visitors and black mold on the walls. Checking in was slow and upon arrival at 5 we were told that our room was “pending” meaning it wasn’t available even though check in starts at 3. When leaving we requested a Taxi to pick us up to take us to the airport. Our Taxi never arrived and we ended up having to get our own Taxi.

location is great for airport travel and getting around midtown but check in took forever, hall reeked of weed, could hear everything happening in other rooms yet the sheets were clean and mattresses were decent
