The hotel refuses to refund me, charged me $600+ for one night that I never got to enjoy. We were in town for a wedding. Everything seemed alright, until we went to take a shower NO HOT WATER! What? I went to the front desk to ask for help and there was none! I was told there was no engineer on property. That’s all. No attempt to correct or help.

Room was extremely small with no closet space. Bed made a lot noise and creeks. There was a certain smell in the room that was a bit unpleasant. Room was so small that food stuck in the space. Overall, didn’t feel very comfortable.
