I've been there for the pool but not to stay, I love the beachy look of the hotel and rooms. I loved the rose` given upon arrival, I love the rooftop and pool. Overall everything was great the staff was great the parking was great.

The staff was great and my spa experience was amazing. I was disappointed in the layout of the hotel. Some of the services offered were not in the actual hotel, you had to go across the street or down the block. The spa was located past the front doors which made me uncomfortable walking around in a robe while the restaurant next to the front door is open to the public. My tv services in the room were not functioning and another guests info was present on my bedroom tv. My info was available to that guest in their room. The issue on transferred info was fixed after a few hours. The food was great and I enjoyed the taste of the drinks at the bar even though they contained very little alcohol.

Make a different choice! We were excited to get into their heated outdoor pool and it was broken during our stay. At some point they told us it was fixed, we changed into our bathing suits and another guests said it’s still cold as ice. In addition the pool floor was dirty and had lots of leaves. The poolside chairs were still covered in snow and dirty (DO BETTER ROCKAWAY). The restaurant food looked great on TikTok but everything tasted bland. Customer service was nice and attentive. THE ROOM IS SMALL! Like barely walking room small, I couldn’t tell by the pictures/description, if you’re okay with small it’s fine. We had a nice view of the beach. Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Aesthetic throughout the entire hotel is a 10/10, the pool and food was a disappointment.

During the coldest month of the year the winter in my room didn’t work and they only offered me a tiny space heater….i wasn’t made aware of the heat being out until after I arrived in the room…. No complimentary water in the room and no mini fridge with drinks in the room. I would not recommend this hotel at all

I didn’t get the full experience. The heated pool still has snow all around it. No pathway to get in the pool, The sauna is as well. The winter wonder room was available for one of the day

The room was tiny and freezing. They sent an engineer to fix the heater, but nothing changed. The outdoor area was filthy you could see dirt and trash everywhere. I was extremely disappointed, especially because this was supposed to be a birthday getaway. I even booked a spa massage to try to relax, but the experience was awful. I came looking for peace and left completely upset.
