I waited at the federal circle for the shuttle for an hour and a half . When I called the hotel the person on the phone was very rude . She said it was ridiculous that I chose to shuttle service I didn’t take a cab .very rude . Not helpful at all.
Great over night stay.
Great place to spend the night while I was in transit to Denver. Shuttle back and forth to the airport and fair continental breakfast. Room is truly had everything I needed and friendly staff.
24 hour airport shuttle well managed. Helpful in changing name on reservation to correct a booking mistake.
Liked the shuttle service from airport and good staff members
Evening staff was very friendly. Morning staff was very not. When I asked about the shuttle leaving every half hour, I was told point blank that I was wrong (implied stupid) and the shuttle only ran hourly. We took an Uber to get to airport on time. (Sure enough, the website says every HALF hour. The attitude bothered me more than having to get an Uber. I would stay there again though.)
Great value, quiet, close to airport and convenient shuttle service.
The bed was comfortable
It was nice for the price. Airport shuttle service was appreciated.
Rooms are clean and they have all things you expect.
The best feature was that it was so close to the airport and yet affordable and pretty good rooms for a one night stay. Quite clean as well and friendly, nice people. I'll come back here next time I am picking someone up from JFK.
When we called for the shuttle in the morning from JFK airport, a rude male on the phone at Five Towns said no pick up till 1pm. Website for the hotel says shuttle available 24 hours a day. I called again for pick up and asked if I could wait in the lobby since check in was at 3am. He said no, and even questioned me if I knew what Covid was. I finally emailed customer service and another person responded, apologized for the error, and had me picked up. The person who answers for shuttle pick up needs to have better customer service skills and also should not provide wrong information. At the hotel, breakfast is free but it is not all restocked for the time frame and most of it runs out.
This hotel advertises that they have a free airport shuttle from JFK, and that was why I picked it. However, I called three times after I had arrived, and was told every time it was on the way, but an hour later, there was still no shuttle. This despite the fact that it was midnight and thus not busy. The hotel had no concern for my safety as a woman by herself at midnight. When I complained about it, I was told to take a cab, which I finally ended up doing as it was clear the shuttle simply wasn't gonna come. It cost me $20. This on top of a hotel that already charges way too much for what they offer. It's reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable, but that's all the good I can say. It's outdated, the breakfast is a joke, and the staff was incredibly disinterested and rude. When I checked out the next morning, the guy behind the front desk just took my key card and resumed his conversation with another guy he was talking to. No "Have a nice day" or "I hope you enjoyed your stay". This is a hard no from me.
Staff was very nice and complimentary drinks and simple breakfast was lovely.
This was a good choice for an overnight flight connection at JFK. The free airport shuttle and the location near several restaurants made it an easy choice. This is a moderate level hotel and it was quiet and comfortable.
